The service was excellent and the staff are extremely respectful and professional. and The rooms are very beautiful and spacious.

The internet not working at all, i contacted them many times and it didn’t work.I requested extra water in the night and they didnt provide it but they were sorry about this when i checked out

Aesthetically pleasing and quiet. Staff always helpful. I always stay there when in Jeddah.

I had a good stay. The room was smart and comfortable. The staff were okay. The location was really convenient, close to everything.

The TV in the room didn’t work properly, even after we requested a fix. Some of the electrical outlets weren’t functioning. The bathroom door could have offered more privacy. Also, there was an incident where a worker placed my laptop in a way that caused it to fall and the screen broke, and they weren’t very helpful with that. though they did provide access to a computer so I could finish my work. At the price I paid, I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

The hotel is more than amazing... I really enjoyed every minute and all good... the service ,, cleanliness , reception, food, location. I recommend this hotel if you would like to stay in a unforgotten night.Thanks to all

the smart room and the technology used

our room was on the last floor and the load music was heard from above, and the grill smell

The location and the view was greatThe room was spacious The bellboy was very helpful and polite with great attitude and smile, I really appreciate him

Although the staff was very friendly, they are not flexible with late chick out not even 30 minutes. They said it is policy and rules and kept calling the room to remind me of check out, weird attitude and not understanding.

Salad bar too big for breakfast. Only 2 juice options. Bottled water available on request. Also had to ask for fresh milk for tea and coffee.

The sink for the toilet was broken and it kept making noise after asking them to fix it its still was making noise regarding room 5014

I was supposed to have a sea view, but on the first floor you can hardly see the sea...

poor srvice, a person called Myriam at the reception desk would not be clear when she speaks, we were told that we have no room at first, she was not professional in the way she handled the situation, ignoring us and being not polite

I had an issue with the check in the room was not ready at 3:30 pm ! 30 minutes after the listed check in time , sadly when I tried to complain there response was to wait for the room and the raised issue to be solved after the weekend! I tried calling and complain the pathway for raising a complaint was not clear and confusing, also the pathway for complaints through booking.com was very very unclear. I really don’t think I will stay there again for this issue. The overall stay was convenient and room was spotless clean and comfortable with good sea view I wish they can solve the issue of check in and work on the experience of the guest

Quiet location, nice staff. Spacious and clean rooms. It was Ramadan, so we had iftar at the hotel restaurant Food was ok

Since my flight was late at night I booked a half day , and confirmed with the reception that I can stay at the Room till 6:50 pm max . I was surprised to receive a call from reception at 6 pm requesting me to leave. It was Ramadan and I only needed the room till 6:30 pm which is iftar time. However I ended up breaking my fast sipping water at the reception desk while checking out ?

Everything was perfect i even reached the hotel before the check-in by hours and they didnt charge enything and i waited 2 min only
