Breakfast was really good. High Tea was also very good. Food variety and quality and taste were very good. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Especially Malleswari was outstanding. View from the room was stunning.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bheemili! The reception staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team did an amazing job arranging the cake and decorating the room. The food was superb and truly enjoyable. Everything was very much appreciated. I will definitely visit again!

We stayed at Bheemili Resort for one night, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The resort’s location is its biggest asset — waking up to the sunrise over the Bay of Bengal from our room’s balcony was magical. The beach is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to soak in the sea breeze at any time.The staff were courteous, friendly, and responsive to our needs. The housekeeping was good, and we found our room to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop infinity pool was a delight, especially during evenings, and added a relaxed resort vibe.

I recently stayed at Novotel Bheemili and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a stunning setting. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Gopi, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.

I had severe food poisoning right after eating dinner last night. It's my first time here. I usually chose Novotel over other hotels but this one was disappointing. Not to the usual Novotel standards.Bheemili Beach is not that great either. Novotel Varun Beach is a better alternative in Vizag.

The employees are extremely well-behaved, well mannered, and full of warmth. Location is perfect for holiday but if you want to take a city tour, keep some extra budget. I have been so many places across the globe but such warmth I never ever received, which I got from Bheemli stuffs.

This was my third stay at The Bheemli Resort. I love the location, the room and amenities, the food and staff. Super clean rooms and adequate, safe parking space as well.

The wifi seemed to be patchy in my room.

The rooftop infinity pool was one of the best.

The price of the drinks beer was ca 900 rup!Ridiculous for this sort of hotel

Communication should be good between a customer and manager.Prioritize your meetings when customer is waiting for your response.Because with out satisfying your customer at first place, what’s the point of having your internal meetings.2. Valet parking at midnight arrivals.

My visa card did not always work for payment, it was not clear if that was a problem of my bank or at the hotel Noisy other guests who were there to party
