Radisson Blu Resort Visakhapatnam

The room was excellent with good space, lighting, comfort and responsive housekeeping.The beach access close by was good. The beach itself sees a bit of backwash of plastics from the sea during high tide.Staff is very polite and goes out of their way to help you. Food variety and taste across breakfast / dinner was good.

The service timings in the restaurant (especially at dinner a-la-carte) were too long. Cocktails didn't really have any punch in them.The swimming pool should have shower access close by, but is not visible.No proper facility to shower right after the beach access. Should be added.

All support staff at 365 was extremely cordial, accomodative. Took extra care being a very senior citizen

Great hospitality by the staff Food was excellent and the restaurant staff and front desk people are very helpful and kind towards the guest And made our stay more memorable hope to visit again

Wasn’t able to contact the property online — they ignored most of my messages and only replied when they needed to check something for themselves

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The landscaping is excellent.

The location is a little far from the town.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean toilets. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Not far from the city’s main attractions, but close to the beach. Best place for a weekend escape or for a night stay during visit to Visakhapatanam. Go for this hotel guys. You will not be disappointed.

The beach access area should have been kept more clean.

Great food, beds, beach access, designs of the room and facilities, swimming pool.Esp., fell in love with the birds chirping, the ocean roaring and the trees swaying and the colorful flora.

I like everything the location cleanliness all ambience food staff behavior & services but only one thing I disappointed that in room the extra Bed was so uncomfortable and not matched the standard of resort luxury like Radisson blue..

The extra Bed was so uncomfortable it's like so hard n feel like punishment, so it's a humble request to upgrade the standard of extra Bed it will be more better.

Amazing staff (especially in the buffet), awesome food with a brilliant head chef and comfortable rooms. Sadly, I didn’t get to try these but I appreciated that there were interesting activities and a nice spa on the resort too.

The beach had a lot of trash leading up to it and it didn’t seem well kept.

Lovely room and view, but awful noisy (we had the displeasure of waking up to the loud drumming of a wedding party right outside our room window at 06am?), reception staff not very helpful. Wouldn't recommend it if you are hoping for a quiet stay.

The only only redemption this hotel has is the lady that sings at the Ethnic bar. She was lovely

Stayed here for 2 nights hoping for a peaceful stay. Our first morning we were woken up by loud drumming to find a whole wedding party right outside our room. So if you are hoping for peaceful luxury this is NOT the hotel for that.2nd issue was when checking out we get a shocking Approx 12,000 ruppee bill for what the lady at the desk said was room charge. Took a while to figure out what the bill was and turns out they did not charge us correctly at check in! Absolutely shocking. Also the lady at the desk couldn't properly explain things we had to ask for itemised invoices and figure things out ourselves! Not impressed at all!.

The staffs in the 365 restaurant were helpful and polite, specially who served our food. We opted for ala carte and tried different dishes and we liked the food a lot. Housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning up the room and making the room comfortable. In room dining was decent. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

I had breakfast, lunch (ala carte)and dinner (ala carte)at the 365 restaurant for my stay. However on 31st night I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant as I had not opted for the buffet dinner. I had toddler with me but still they did not allow to eat at the restaurant. I had to resort to in room dining and on that day it took a lot of time. This left a bad impression on me and my wife. The hotel has to understand that not everybody who lives in the hotel eats buffet, however nice and gala it may be.

Not at all good.. poor maintenance, negligent staff, not value for money, novotel is far better than this property.

The water wasn't getting heated for some reason and I did inform the reception but they never fixed the same.

Room was big and clean

I was charged twice for my stay and sent numerous emails to hotell, who promised to fix. However after 2 weeks, i still didn’t get money back and hotel stopped responding on emails.

Overall a good hotel, great location, courteous behaviour by the staff, neat and clean, and reasonably good food also.

There was a chirping/ clicking sound of a lizard in the room in the night!! It spoiled my sleep.
