- Only location. Front desk staff , bell boys are respectful.. other front desk staff is rude disrespectful and arrogant
- The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. The housekeeping staff was great about keeping the room stocked with bottled water.
- Staff was very professional and courteous. We lived the upgrades in room type.
Cons -
- 0/10 on cleanliness.. bad smell, bathroom has fungus.. people smoking in lobby cockroach in bathroom dust and hair on floor, blood atain on bedsheets
- Roach infestation. There were so many roaches, especially in the bathroom. The room smelt bad, like the carpet had gotten wet and not been properly dried. The blind in the bathroom was damaged and falling apart. Some of the staff were very rude.
- Looks like hotel management is not keeping up with repairs. The flooring was damaged in some areas and the standup shower could have been more clean.

Nothing. From staff at Checkin to breakfast to checkout and food service. Everything turned out pathetic. They had no breakfast despite it being part of the room charge. Badly run property.
The hotel didnt have a room for us since we booked last minute and they didn''t have their inventory updated. When I confronted they forced us to accept smoking rooms despite knowing we have two kids an asthematic old person. I would like my money ref
