Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi

I found a huge security lapse. Somebody opened the door of my room while I was in there.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Staff was amazing wherever I went on the Property. Great folks

Upstairs lounge not in operation, all self service and limited options.Would have been a nice place to go for afternoon coffee and snacksMore raw vegetables and salad options at breakfast would be nice as well.

Friendly and helpful staff and service. Food for dinner buffet and breakfast was of excellent quality and plenty of choice.

My room smelt of wet carpet

The staff is very polite and very helpful. Since I visited during Christmas the ambience was very nice with lovely decorations and good music. Would come back again to this property if the opportunity arises.

Its location

The dinner served had a used spoon, there should be a box of tissue near the coffee bar. The water had an odour perhaps it was hard water

The wonder chef Aman personally tailored the food for my sake and understood my minor concerns and health issues. This happened each time i showed up at the MoMo cafe. Not only it suited my health but also my taste and his preparations particularly the goan prawn curry were delicious !! Kudos to such attention and care. Also, the waitress Ali was very courteous and prompt in her service with always a smile on her face. I sincerely appreciate such respectful professional behaviour shown by her and others too like Pushpak. The man at the front desk (i am sorry i missed his name) was so humble, kind, service oriented and attended to me at ungodly hour of midnight of 22nd November too with grace and friendliness. And a smiling lady associate of his (again i am sorry i didnt note her name) at the front desk who guided me for WIFI connection. These experiences increase my confidence and faith in Marriott service and i may blindly opt for this brand in future! Best wishes to all the staff there. they are the true face of the hotel ! Even the personal purpose of my visit wasn't fulfilled but the hotel stay was at least comforting !

Comfortable stay, overall decent property

Air con Temperature was too low and had to get the staff turn it high in middle of night

Food and location were perfect

Booking.com should stop use of credit card to block rooms. Other online options should be given for booking. Most guest would find that more secure than giving credit card details for fear of being misused

Price on booking.com but at the time of checking in it’s about 9k so price for a small chain not justified but it’s better than the main JW Marriott in Pune as the interiors ( lobby to the room ) breathable not cluttered

Staff was very humble and cooperative.

Located in very busy area, too much construction going around. Approaching road is very narrow.

Well appointed rooms, restaurant has sufficient space and a larger selection of food

The reception staff was too pleasant they welcome guest pleasure was great... specially aditiya mane is a great person at courtyard hinjwadi....

Exceeded all expectations. Feels like a proper 5* hotel. Great overall service, tasty food, well equipped gym with a swimming pool. Also, I highky recommend spa - top quality for a decent price.

I loved everything in Courtyard, except food.

I did not like the food. Breakfast and dinner was included in my package. Food was good but not excellent. As per my understanding, quite a few dishes was repeated, may be one day old items were served. Quantity was less. Overall quality of the food and verity of the foods in MoMo restaurant was not satisfactory.

The food was good and the staff took efforts to make our stay quite comfortable.And thanks to Gym instructor Nagesh and that helped me loosen up my stiff back post all the travelling.

AC control unit. Could not control temp and there was no manual or instructions available. You can contact me if i missed anything or any details for this issue!!

The breakfast was good and decent variety. The Chefs during the breakfast were very kind.

The staff seems to be more attentive around foreigners which I find funny.

The property, staff and food are excellent. I would recommend it.

The location is towards the outskirts of Pune. Construction of Metrorail is going on in that area. So huge traffic..

The facilities and the cleanliness.

Initially was charged wrong but this was sorted on our checking out.
