Hotel Nandanvan Annexe

The hotel is located in a vibrant part of Shivaji Nagar. The buildings are in the midst of tall trees, and you wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. The room is big and reasonably well kept.

Conveniently located, Ferguson college is within walking distance of the hotel, making it easily accessible. There are good restaurants near by. . Hotel is peaceful.

Bathroom desperately needs a deep cleaning. Faucets and other fittings should be changed.There should be a electric kettle in the room.

Location is good. No breakfast for online booking.

Very nice stay. Great location. Clean environment and peaceful stay.

Any problem was solved quickly and appropriately with care. Competent hotel manager. Cleannesses. Good wifi. Location. Value for money. Charm of traditional Indian hotel.

Hot shower available only in the morning, and sometimes even not on time in the morning.

The location was very peaceful and yet not far from a crowded street. Rooms were neat and spacious. Could house 2 more persons if it is allowed. TV had Tata Play connected so entertainment was not a problem (I never felt like asking for WIFI)

Car parking was good but it's approach road needs an expert to maneuver the vehicle into the parking lot. But they had good security personnel who guided us through with ease.Plug point needs to be maintained as some of the points were very loose and incapable of charging the mobiles

Calm and clean surroundings

Room and especially bathroom fitments and fixtures need maintenance and urgent upgrade. Restaurant facilities needed.

Previously I had stayed in Hotel Nandanvan for 2 persons and for 1800 got much better room with complimentary breakfast. As the location is suitable and in the heart of the city, we prefer staying there. Though there was nothing to like this time around, other than the location.

We had stayed 3 more times previously, in the last 6 to 8 months, paid 1800 and got better room, complimentary breakfast (2 people). This time also we paid 1800, but we booked through Booking.com and got a worser room, bad quality washroom and no complimentary breakfast. When we asked for breakfast we were told we have to pay 448 for 2, and that for bread, butter, jam, upma and coffee/tea is abysmally high. Neither reception was cordial nor the housekeeping staff. It seemed as the hotel always gets good amount of guests, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Our room was 319.

Room was big and clean

Hotel don't have restaurant facility because of that we have suffered a lot. we have to search for food nearby places . Breakfast was also limited, hotel will order breakfast from outside as there is no restaurant within hotel premises. I was visited thehotel with my two small kids, as they don't eat outside food so because of that I have requested hotel management to allow cook (khimati for kids) at pantry, I will pay charges, but hotel dont give me the authority to cook. As well as don't have enough stock of bisleri bottles.

Location is very good it's near by food Street an. Near by highway if some one is traveling with car or any other vehicle

The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude with lack of etiquette. Not just one, the whole staff at the reception thinks they are God. Made me feel as if I can't afford merely the tea and overhead costs everytime I asked for service.. Charged extra money and put random numbers while calculating GST and didn't have an answer for why it was being charged. Horrible service.

Staff.... Mature enough but very rood. No cooperative staff. I have visited my family but feel very bad. Very bad mattress on bad. It's really worst.Very old property. Very old style bathroom, no hot water, no geezer, no kitchen.....Apart from location everything is below the average and not worthy.

There was no food facility for the individuals who has booked online. So Poor and bad experience.

The guest who booked directly they got Breakfast and those who book online they don't get breakfast. even on request there is no food.

While booking, photo of the property shows room with balcony... However, room without balcony, tea maker flask, two single separate beds, was given... Lot many facilities shown to be available, should be removed from Booking. Com website. Lift for going down and food was not available..these facilities are not extended, perhaps to all on line booking clients. Pl ??However, Rooms were clean and location was superb.!!!
