Cooling within the room was good. Breakfast spread was decent.

Cleanliness was missing big time. Poor room service. There were cockroaches and some pests in the room. Poor ventilation in the rooms which made the entire room stink. Ala Carte food items were overpriced. Not a family friendly hotel at all.

Extremely clean with good amenities

Worst stay experience, probably never think of in the future.

Rooms are too small & congested, smelling bad, rooms booked are not allocated even with premium pricing, not even provided printed invoice.

No table, no chair, no hook to put clothes, towels in the bathroom, no shelf to keep soaps, shampoo etc

The stay was excellent. Value for money with good services, cleanliness and location. I liked the security system. But one thing I want to suggest is that you put two water purifiers on each floor in front of the elevator or in the surrounding gallery area and a glass bottle in every room so that we can reduce plastic waste. I understand the management perspective, but I think we should go for management with an environmental conservation perspective. Hundreds of plastic bottles have been dumped daily; that's ridiculous.

You can literally count the no. Of turds ur fellow roommate passes. Felt like a norwegian prison cell. But overall okay experience

Location of the Hotel and Proximity to metro station

Small bathroom, barely able to turn around in the shower. There is not overhead shower, just a hand held shower which has very low water pressure and gives you unsatisfactory experience.Rooms are very small and bathroom and washroom are split into two separate areas. Washbasin is kept inside the room because the bathroom is too small to fit them inside.There is no cupboard or closet to keep your dress. Which forces you to keep everything inside your luggage.I stayed alone and I can't even imagine 2 person sharing their rooms. I strongly believe it's not worth the price.Also, the dinner buffet is not even comparable with what other hotels of similar price range are providing. Too less dishes.

Location was okay. Breakfast was good.

Room was extremely small. Cleanliness in the room is not upto the markDefinitely not value for money. IHG standard is not maintained. None of the rooms have pleasant aroma. Toilets have some leakage like Jet spray. Very disappointed for the price versus the facility. Even our room was changed and given still room had an unpleasant smell.

The infrastructure was much below par, didn’t expect this from a Holiday Inn Express hotel

The breakfast was not up to the mark. Only Poha was good. The rest of the South Indian items were not good. The breakfast that is offered needs to be seriously considered. The room gave me the feeling of a concentration camp. Too small bathroom

Location is good.

There is no wardrobe to keep the cloths in the room. Room is very compact size.

The Breakfast could have more variaty. But it is ok for what they are offering now and tasteful.The hotel location is also very convenient.

There should be hair dryer each room and it would be nice to provide sanitary items.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

The room had a tiny bathroom. Barely any space to move around. The toilet wasn't clean. The lift sensors weren't working either. So getting to my room was a pain.
