This hotel was located walking distance to my workplace in Kharadi so that was really convenient. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which gave us lounge access - free drinks and nibbles every evening which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was quite generous, I'm not a fan of Indian breakfast options, but you could always order different eggs or pancakes which were made fresh so that was really great. The staff in this hotel are all amazing - from the front desk team to the restaurant team, housekeeping, room service, to the doormen - everyone was friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home - which is so important when you are staying in a hotel for nearly a month.

This is more of an aesthetic thing - the hotel has a nice little garden but there were only two benches in the paved area next to it for the smokers. I would recommend putting some tables in the garden area so that people can come and enjoy the greenery and the fresh air. So nice with your morning coffee!

Breakfast was okay. There should be more options than just indian.

We dont appreciate the hotel staff messaging us on our personal number and asking for review. Totally unacceptable.

The management was weak. They couldn't handle off season vacancy due to which I faced cooling issues in the room. Also I had inquired for additional room before my trip, but was not offered at same discounted rate as my 1st 2 rooms

F&B offering was very limited. Staff at the all day dining restaurants were not well trained.

The staff most unconventional and most helpful. Special mention should be made of Mr Vikram, Naba Kumar Pradan and Tulsi Das. Further the room was very clean and the housekeeping was on our beck and call.

Nothing much, it’s a small property and the facilities are outdated. However, the staff was kind and cooperative.

Outdated facilities, less variety in breakfast and dinner/lunch options. Moreover, I had booked a room with lounge access but after reaching the property, I got to know that lounge can only be accessed between 7 pm and 9 pm. I had checked in at 11:30 pm for a day, so couldn’t utilise this option and my money was wasted. There was nowhere mentioned in booking.com about the timings of lounge as well.

Breakfast was great but the overall property is made poorly, not much of a view and the gym hardly had any machines. Very small room.

The property was unlike any Fairfield I stayed at. Room was quite modest sized. The towels provided had seen better days long time ago..

Spray near commode is on the wrong side and the pipe is too hard to operate in particular for the senior citizens. Moreover only half portion of the shower area is covered by glass. This is as far as room number 626 where we stayed for 2 days.
