Itsy Hotels Anand Executive, Near Amanora

Clean , cozy room in a nice location.

Issue with payment portal. Refund got delayed.

Bathroom walls and floor not washed or cleaned. Room floor wet like or sticky. These complaints not informed directly. Except these 2 things I liked all other things.

I like the hotel ambiance and food and the way the receptionist (kannada person) received me.

Clean and cozy room. Location is very nice and good staff

I visited Aga khan Palace which is near to the hotel services are good AC remote was not working after complaining they changed it.

Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained , Amanora Mall is very near to the hotel TV was not working and they took 2hrs to resolve it But still staff was polite and helpful.

hotel manager is worst.at checkout charged extra money as I was always paying cashsolo lady Traveller they charge extra.

please never trust people there.

Recreational activities

The reception guy was confused,no good facilities no cleaning

Very small rooms with very basic amanities. Not additional blanket provided on request. Water glass not cleared. Worst breakfast which was only 1 Poha or 1upma and Tea with very minimal.quantity. Had to order extra breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with my experience. It offers great value for money with an excellent location near the mall, making it very convenient to access. The staff were all very helpful and ensured a pleasant stay.

Location was good. Hotel and its rooms was neat and clean. All things are maintained and Clean. Morning breakfast was also yummy and sufficient. Thanks.

First time I stayed.... It was fantastic experience, all the amenities were good,I.e.Ac, cleanliness, room service etc. All types of food verity is around the hotel, overall it was good stay. Property deserves it's name.... Anand Executive.

Complimentary breakfast has no verity choice... only upama & poha.

Room was neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast includes upma/poha and tea at Sahyadri restaurant in the ground floor.People, staff at hotel & restaurant were really nice & Cooperative. It's also very close to 2 huge malls (Amanora, Seasons mall).Highly recommended for solo traveller's & family.

Hot water, as promised, was not available 24/7. Was just available in the morning, but this wasn't a big issue.Bathroom size was too small.

Stayed for a day. Nice and clean bathroom but room had some old cloth smell throughout the day. Had good layout for breakfast.Good hospitality and courteous staff

Good hotel with good breakfast . Rooms were decent sized . Checkin was fast . They allowed me early checkin as well.

Quite good hotel in a budget . Staff was friendly and helpful . Room and facility was neat and clean . Food was good too . I will stay again.
