After 1 month they still have not released the blocked amount from my credit cardSome people in my country have this amount as a month salary. However aparently for them this is peanuts and they can allow themselves to think that people have to deal with it being blocked forever I find this is extremely disrespectful

This stay was hugely disappointing. The hotel completely lacks character. It is soulless. I was told that the rooftop bar was special, but it is not special at all. I do no understand how a hotel can be built with a large swimming pool that is north facing and never gets any sun. Sadly most of the staff were really not very good: their inefficiency at times was just irritating. I made a mistake by choosing this hotel, which bears no resembalnce to other Ritz-Carlton's I have stayed at around the world

The Japanese as well as the Indian restaurants were fabulous! Great food and service.Bed was too high, but comfortable.

The breakfast was chaotic. There were too many staff doing the same thing. There was a certain over eagerness. A little less eagerness and more attention to what the guest actually wants would be great.You need to reduce the height of the beds. It is challenging for a short person to climb on th the bed.

Room decorated for my daughter's 18th birthday with her photographs! cleanliness and property, it's awesome. We both enjoyed every moment spent there! Staff is very polite and helping. Food is good too.

Everything about Ritz Carlton was simply excellent, it’s by far one of our best experiences we must say, staffed with quiet well mannered young staff who are ever willing to assist going out of the way… everything abt this place is simply awesome and credit goes to all staff for the excellent services provided… they set a perfect example for excellency in customer service.

I liked the breakfast buffet.

The staff were not pleasant, especially when checking into my room. They were busy trying to upgrade me to a room and busy trying to encourage me to get the lounge package. That took a lot of back and forth when the first thing they should have done was to check me into my room.

Ritz has always given the secured and comfortable stay. The whole staff whether it is regarding cuisines, in room dining, security staff, housekeeping or receptionist panel everyone has always been understanding and behaved nice with us.

The croissants are made fresh and were the absolute best part of my stay. Every time I visit any location of Ritz, I'm sure that I will get the best breakfast buffet. The pain au chocolat is a must when you visit.

The suite was superb. Nicely planned and very comfortable. The property is luxurious.

The staff is not well trained. They must be given proper training. They don’t know how to respond to the guest and his requirements. Very immature are their responses. Such a wonderful property but the people working there are very immature.
