7 Apple Hotel Vimannagar, Pune

Disappointing

No Kettle available in a deluxe room?? Common kettle for the entire floor kept near lift. Not expected with the kind of price we are paying,

Very basic room. No variety in food. No slippers provided

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location. Clean rooms.

Location was great

Need to improve cleanliness, coffee and tea maker not in room; but in common facility.

Location, comfort

Bathroom waterflow needed attention sometimes.

Location of the hotel is like a blessing for travellers. Phoenix mall in a walking distance.Lot of restaurants and food joints. Everything at a walkable distance.Room was very good bed/cleanliness/bathrooms. Did not try the food at hotel, so not sure about that.My priority was commuting/accessibility/food-options. So it was a bang on location.

Time to Check-in could have been better. I had to wait a long time to get checked into my room.

The Hotel is well placed and very nice I have visited the property the second time as it is really convenient. Breakfast is good but can be more better if Poha, Aloo Paratha and Upma could be added in the breakfast menu.

Like last times review the pillows and bed. These need to be firm so that we do not end up with backache or neck pain.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff were good and helpful.Appetite restaurant served good food.

The entrance was inaccessible due to water pool slushy. Unloading of luggage was cumbersome. Needs attention.

Location was very near to airport and lot of good hotels nearby. Facilities inside the room were good enough. Size of the room could have been little bigger

Room size was quite small for a family of 4 with 2 kids. Booking.com could have suggested a better room for this

Clean rooms and good location.

Be careful of your valuables, the staff enters your room without any prior notice, regardless if u are in the room or not, even after telling higher staff, there was neither an apology nor does anyone take responsibility, even after complaining multiple times. Be careful of your belongings.

There is nothing noteworthy that needs mention. All staffs seem like sleeping and lethargic and is very slow in response. at the first hand the hotel was not recognizable from the road and very shabby.

1. Very dirty2. Rooms literally stinks.3. There is kettle, teacups, tea sachet, sugar in the room and there is only one kettle for a floor.4. Very shabby hotel and everywhere it sinks and bad smell.5. The bed cover, pillows literally you cannot sleep as the smell of the old and used garments comes.6. There are no toiletries provided in the washrooms.7. Cost of the food is very high compared to the quality, and serving plates and containers are very dirty.8. There are very few options for the breakfast and there is no option for the non-veg except of eggs.9. Washrooms are very dirty and literally stinks.10. Very unhealthy atmosphere.

Good location. Compact hotel but does what you need it to do. Decent and clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Has a restaurant too.

Not exceptional but nothing negative.

Clean rooms which were spacious. Tea, coffee and snacks available at each floor in a common area. Breakfast was average.

Bathroom drainage wasn’t working properly. The basin got flooded including the shower area.

I like the location. You can find anything you want.

The room is not good and a bit dirty and smelly which is not good.

Serene surroundingsCo operative staffRoom was clean, location was amazing

Location and behavior of hotel staff

No coffee or tea cattle in the room,

Hassle free and fast checkin. Clean large and comfortable rooms

Small lift. Tea and milk were quite expensive

The photos on the website make the hotel look grand however that’s not the case. It is unhygienic an

The attitude of the staff - RudeThe cleanliness of the hotel - Horrible The rates charged for the room - Too high Literally we ran from the hotel and checked in Conrad
