Nothing to like

*Disappointing Stay - Lacking Amenities and Cleanliness*I recently had the misfortune of staying at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was bad. The room lacked basic amenities, including entertainment options like TV shows or movies. Instead, I found cockroaches in my room, which was unacceptable. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with a strong unpleasant odor in the rooms and towels that seemed unhygienic.Given the absence of essential facilities and poor maintenance, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The suite was quite spacious.

Shower door was broken (it was a glass door and one part was broken)Paint was coming off the wallsThe place is infested with cockroaches.

Staffs are polite

Room is not that clean, bedsheets and blanket are not clean, there were lot of cockroaches No simple amenities such as iron box..

Staff and service was good. Very cooperative.

TV has only free channels. AC is making noise and remote was not working.

We booked the hotel to be closer to our family home but the hotel isn’t good

The hotel rooms are very unhygienic, literally killed 7-8 cockroaches, stains everywhere & bad bed sheets. Not only this the AC didn’t work no matter how many times we called for service nobody showed up plus the rude behaviour of the staff ! Don’t book here not worth the money at all

Hygiene maintenance at the hotel . Allotted room size was very huge and room was well maintained with clean washroom.

The front desk staff were not only extremely helpful with check-in and check-out, but they also directed us to different locations.

I like hotel style and design
