Washbasin was not working at all. Staff did not fix it. They had the attitude next day in the morning.

This is not suitable for female's, not secure environment for those...

First of all our checkin process was very delayed. They changes 3 times our room due to dirty bedsheets. There are so many cockroaches in the cup boards and beds. Cleanliness of the room was not good. Some of staffs are good but what we will do with staff we have to live in the room not with staff.

Cleanliness, checkin process,location. We will not find any restaurant near the hotel. So much disappointing stay with hotel. They charged also extra money other than what shown on the app.All time we see some of the unmarried couples coming and going all time. So this hotel is not good for family.

Everything cleanliness,check in experience, unmarried couples entry every time,location. Two or three times changed the room since bedsheets not clean. They charged extra money also what on booking .com showed.

ManagementAnd their staff was rude I suggesting all do not book for this property.They are taking all amount first and then intentionally giving trouble to guests.I had very bad experience their.Again they took booking for 5 days and after 1 night Management ask me to check out next day.. and said we getting other guest for higher rent and you should have to check out So that management behaviour was extremely bad and I never saw bad experience with them.Even their cleaner was also very dirty and even no knowledge to do cleaning by properly, and no manners.All was extremely bad experience and never ever recommend for others to stay their.

Location was good, bathroom was quiet clean and well maintained.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and had back pain due to it - the spine had to bear the brunt of the poor mattress. Cleanliness was not good, bed sheets weren't fresh. There was mould on the walls at one corner.

There is nothing to like.I booked this hotel by paying full amount. After that I was calling this hotel people continuously but they were disconnecting and not receiving my call. I was calling them to inform that I will be late as i was coming from Bangalore via car. I had to stay just for a night. I reached at 10pm night and they said no booking they got. And no rooms are available. I was with my family. You won't believe I literally struggled to get any other room. These ppl argued with me an denied to give any stay. The whole night we had to stay inside the car parking near road side. the worst experience ever. The hotel owner treated us like beggar..as if i am some roadside person. He was very rude and was like using rubbish words.I tried to talk to Oyo ppl..booking.com.Nobody helped me. It was really a worst experience. I suggest all ppl to beware of such frauds.Even after taking money they will say they have not got any booking.stay away.

Booking.com or this hotel should say in the website that they DO NOT accept foreign people in the hotel. We noticed that once we reach the hotel, so we had to leave and find by walking another hotel, carrying all our bags

PUT IN BIG LETTERS YOU DONT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS OR FOREIGNERS WILL KEEP COMING

Staff very rude told us that they don’t accept foreigners and didn’t even try to help us in looking for a new place.

Room was beautiful and gave us good vibes . Good service and best staff . Location of this hotel was also nice.

it was value for money if you ignore few things which could be fixed,so overall it was nice stay

lights were broken washroom taps were broken so the hotel management should take a note on it

Staff was friendly, beautiful property. Great services. Check-in was smooth. Had a good stay.

The hotel charged me extra regardless of the price shown on the app..you need to delist this hotel. It has been doing it for too long according to locals

Bad service

They would not let me stay there . Told me I was a Foreigner and only Indians allowed. I had booked ahead and found it very difficult to find another place. They should make this clear on booking . Com that only Indians can stay ?
