very compact hotel. worst services. worst interior . not worth money. please focus on interior , when you are charging this much cost and providing services like lodge. when you are carrying the brand Sayaji , you should be taking care of quality and should be aware of hospitality standards.

food was good, and the female at restaurant were polite and made us comfartable

Room is decent size. Staff is good

Washroom seat had stains. Housekeeping said it can't be cleaned as they were tough stains.Food quality was way below expectations for the price. Almost 4/10

To be honest, almost everything was perfect — the staff, the front desk, security was very, very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. It was a pleasure to stay in :)

no disposal bags in the bathrooms …and there were many lady travellers in the hotel.

Need some improvement. Have to call and ask reception to provide the toiletry and towel in the room. Nothing was kept in the room after check in.

Bathroom towel not available in room. Crew not co operative. Bathroom not so good not so clean.

There was no one at the entrance to help with luggage and open the door as I was holding luggage

AC not working..Guy on reception was not friendly at all...food was hell...

The hotel was well kept and also clean and tidy. The location was ok as there is a lot of construction work going on and the roads are to bad. The room was quite large to accommodate 2-3 people. The restaurant had good food options and food was also tasty. Overall a good experience.

The check in took long. And also I found the reception staff to be irate and didn't receive a good welcome. They could have handled the situation more pleasantly.

Location is decent and reasonably priced.

Clininess in the rooms and Linen quality is not up to the mark. Food in the restaurant is not good. Not fresh and lacks quality and taste.

Bit noisy.. weird noises in bathroom and room,food was okay okay..in bathroom body gel hand wash was empty

Nothing. This is citrus hotel taken over by Sayaji. Problem is there is not staff . The hotel doesn't even have a manager.. buffet breakfast has limited spread

Room size

Check out timing is to early The room did not have soundproofing. The sound of the family staying in front of my room was bothering me again and again.

10am checkout??

Tarun the front desk guy was adamant , point of being rude in pointing out that this hotel has a 10AM CHECKOUT ,Watever time u hve checked in. Ridiculous ...for an empty hotel (not a single car when I left at 11.15) the atitude is so wrong..otherwise for a cheap budget hotel not a bad option .

Food was good.

Very slow service. Took long time for check in. Billing process was too hectic.
