Staff behaviour was pathethic. booked twin beds but got only single double bed. Reason stated was that all the twin beds are booked

I woke up at 3:00 am in the morning with next door occupants playing loud music with open doors , They were atleast half a dozen teenagers who were smoking and singing loudly . Had a hard time.The cook is a moody person and rude at times. The breakfast is so so and the breakfast place is shabby and dirty

The Staff and the Room.

I reached bit late. As the location is bit remote please inform the Guests about the closing time of your restaurant, as by the time I settled it got closed! Except that everything was fine.

Location is in good place. Property is old. Toilet need renovation. Water supply is very slow at toilet. AC is good. Home food available. Otherwise good .

It is not a hotel. Pictures shown are not of this hotel. Rooms are in a apartment like one small room kitchen. No proper infra for breakfast. It is at a very interior location.

Good location, staff was pretty friendly, served home cooked food.

The setup needs serious revamping. Torn bedsheets, comforter with stains, an intercom that doesn't work, dustbin with a broken lid, the table that houses the tea kettle doesn't have an electrical socket nearby. So I am supposed to warm water somewhere else in the room?

It's very uncomfortable. Bedbugs are there and poor bathroom amenities no neat and clean bucket.

The service staff and caretaker were really nice and friendly.

The bathroom was smelly, the elevator is ancient, the sheets were dirty. There was no kind of menu, we were just sort of forced to adjust and eat whatever was made on that day

Stay was good. It is safe and secured place for lady solo travelers. Staff is very good and helping nature. Breakfast is good. .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treebo Trend Lotus Baner and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

The location of Treebo Trend Lotus Baner is fantastic. Situated in the Baner area, it is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. It was also conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions and business districts.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The lobby area is modern and inviting, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

The amenities are basic but not bad. Each room has an attached small kitchen. So it is more suitable for medium term transit accommodation. The staff were polite. The food cooked for us was simple and to our taste.

With painting going on the place was dirty. The location is at the end of a blind lane. The rooms can be more spacious.

It was nice and secluded, peaceful with not too much chaos. It was clean and hygienic. The hotel staff was really helpful and I do want to make a special note to Subhash was ensured to consider my early check-in request and also safety within the premises. He was really helpful and polite to answer all my queries calmly.

Nothing major as such. Fairly okay but could focus a little more on the maintenance part.

The room was very comfortable, the stay was remarkable and the staff was co-operative, prices are affordable, Treebo Hotels are worth staying.
