Lesson learnt, always check the room size before booking. This place was completely cramped up, with no breathing, let alone walking, space at all. The toilet seat is such that you cant avoid touching the base of the basin which obviously is not the best kept place. The room curtains as well as the shower curtains have not been cleaned in years! The bed linen seemed dated and unhygienic, the mattress is worn out and not comfortable at all. I dont understand how this place has such good reviews cause it didn't come cheap to even provide value for money!

The location, cleanliness and staff's hospitality. Also, the restaurant attached serves excellent food.

The entrance of the room is through a restaurant’s kitchen. There is no view whatsoever, room is tiny and very shady.

No Breakfast is provided, It is false information provided in the site. With that I have to find options or we have order daily.

Brakfast option is not there, Room is too small, Only 4 rooms available in the entire hotel. And too clampsy and each everytime we need to go through the hotel entry which they have or kitchen entry.

Nothing much to write about. The property is very basic and cannot be really called a Hotel as it did not even have its separate entrance. One had to go through either the kitchen or the restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms were small but tidy. The bathroom was also neat and clean.

Location and room cleanliness. Too noisy because of road.

The location wasn’t bad in relation to the KP area, however it is above a dhaba and is incredibly noisy (all night) with all noises echoing and staff yelling in the hallways at all hours. BTW uou had to walk through the kitchen to get to the accommodation.

Pretty much everything. It was dirty by Indian standards, staff rude, wifi non existent, bed incredibly uncomfortable, noisy and cash only despite being told international cards are ok.

Not a boutique hotel.

No elevator, narrow passageway, cramped. Staircase dirty.

We loved the room! The arrangement and furnishing of the room made it our ideal hotel room, comfortable yet compact and with space for what we needed. The room had a big window with green tree branches outside and lots of nice daylight. We enjoyed that we could sense the street life below. Also the location was great on a lovely and busy corner in the green Koregaon Park district. The adjacent vegetarian restaurant had nice food in big portions and was a nice alternative for going out. We want to come back!

Friendly staff....good area and a very fair rate. Wine bar opposite with italian food & other bars and restaurants very close nearby.Always auto rickshaws outside if needed

Shower was a little cramped and very old and could of done witha deep clean.It worked fine but could of been cleaner.Bed was very hard so found it difficult to sleep but this is based on my own preference.

The room I had has a fabulour private terrace which was a great bonus surprise. There are many excellent cafes and restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are well equipped and pleasant.

There is no parking and the reception is through a restaurant and a little cramped but once you get into your rooms it is a whole different vibe

A nice little boutique hotel (4 rooms) in a good location. Our room was small but adequate and had a nice private terrace area with a table and chairs.We found the bed extremely hard but this is a matter of personal taste.The entrance to the rooms is through the restaurant kitchen, which we enjoyed, and the kitchen staff were always friendly.Nice and friendly management too.Overall, a good experience and value for money.

The ac was is not working in my room from past 2 hours ..The intercom in room is not working.Even water bottle was not provided it was chargeable.over not a comfortable stay.Last evening even there was an issue with hot water.Over all bad stay experience

There is no proper room service .Tge bathroom are not well managed
