The room could be cleaned better--the bathroom was spotless, but the floor in the room was not cleaned well

I would recommend staying and experiencing the stay. I opted for this Hotel twice. And I will continue to visit. Love the ambience, staff and their hospitality. They accommodated my snack needs even though it was not in menu.

Breakfast time gets too busy and staff was not able to manage with increasing demands of live stations, people waiting for breakfast tables. The only thing that I didn't like. Gave suggestion to hotel staff and they were open for constructive feedback.

Hotel room, ambience and cleanliness were impressive. Staff were courteous in helping us out.

The property itself is nice and the facilities are satisfactory.

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. There was way too much noise coming from the adjoining rooms until 4/5 AM, disrupting our sleep and stay. The room had a lot of dust on some surfaces and did not appear to have been properly restocked between guests. Also the staff at the bakery is untrained.

The one bed suite was excellent, everything was well appointed and it was one of the most spacious suites I’ve stayed in, in India.

They weren’t equipped to deal with the number of guests they had especially during breakfast. Guests were being accommodated in Koji and Zeera instead of the regular Coriander where the spread/ sun kissed atmosphere was missing.

I liked the hotel right from the service at the reception, room service, cleanliness in the room, bathroom and the pan asian restaurant kooji was the best.

One minor / insignificant suggesiton would be to slightly lower the volume of the music playing in the lobby & restuarant.. It was a bit louder than it should be.

First visit to this hotel , was really amazing , rooms , clean , food , restaurants , very friendly staff polite and helpful . I like everything. Specially the breakfast and the view to fountain with life music.

Conrad Pune is one of the best places to splurge,we were there for a night to celabrate my son's 2nd birthday , had a super amazing stay.The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special . I would recommend it to any one who is looking for a super luxurious hotel in the heart of pune .

Everything is perfect . It’s my third time stay felt amazing staying with Conrad . Love the spacious room to various choices of restaurants. Thanks to entire staff and team they were really warm . Thanks for making my stay comfortable and lovely .

As a woman solo traveler i felt safe and communication with hotel staff was fast and efficient. Rooms are what was expected with dine-in service as well. Would suggest female travelers to opt for the car service the hotel offers for maximum safety going around Pune.

Although the room was clean, the dine-in sheets of the tray were stained. The food at the hotel needs serious improvements.The salads looked like there were sitting at the fridge for far too long(didnt even touch them) and one day I decided to eat at Koji restaurant at the hotel, biggest mistake of my life. Woke up 5am with gut pain and diarrhea(havent eaten anything else that day apart from the usual breakfast).I wouldnt opt for this hotel again due to food risks mentioned.
