Very lavish breakfast, well spread. Staff was managing it very efficiently. Their room freshner was a real mood lifter.

Property location is very bad it's located in some small lane with poor view. My lobby lights to the room where constantly off and we where feedup asking them.to fix itRoom service staff where not polite at all and did not care of guest is asking for Coke and they don't have it in stock.Won't stay there again for sure Disappointed

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Despite booking two rooms, we had to wait for two hours after arriving at 2:30 PM to receive the first room. The second room wasn't provided until 7 PM. We had to make multiple calls to follow up on the second room and the complimentary services.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool area ontop. Good quiet location but still close to Hinjawadi and Balewadi.

Signing breakfast to the room was a painful experience took way too long. The blue lights on the roof top bar attract insects, better when turned off.

The food quality at Blu Café is outstanding, and the service is handled with great care and efficiency, thanks to the professionalism of the restaurant staff and the capable management of the restaurant manager. My stay overall was peaceful, and I found the location to be perfect.

We had a disappointing experience during our recent stay at Radisson Blu Hinjewadi. We checked in on January 17, 2025, around 3 PM to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the issues began as soon as we entered our room. When I used the washroom, dirty water backed up from the drainage and touched my feet. Upon reporting this to room service, we were shifted to a business-class room.At lunch in Café Blu, we ordered Paneer Subji and Naan. The Paneer Subji was sour, and while the captain replaced it, the new preparation was still subpar. Later, we received a coupon and an invite for dinner. During dinner, we ordered a 4-cheese pizza and requested the addition of bell peppers and red paprika. The captain confirmed this could be done. However, the pizza we received only had tomato and onion, and we were informed that bell peppers and red paprika were unavailable. It was surprising to find that basic vegetables were not available at a Radisson Blu restaurant.The next morning, during breakfast, the food quality was again below expectations. We provided feedback to the restaurant manager, and while we were offered complimentary cakes on three occasions and received multiple apologies, some experiences cannot be undone.Additionally, we noticed a lack of privacy in the restaurant. During our meals, restaurant staff were constantly moving around us, looking at us, our food, and conversing among themselves, which was awkward and uncomfortable. During breakfast, the staff would approach immediately after we finished a plate to clear it without giving us time to consider if we needed anything else. This made the overall dining experience quite unpleasant.Unfortunately, our anniversary celebration was marred by these experiences. We hope the management addresses these concerns, particularly the food quality and the dining atmosphere, to improve future guest experience.

Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.3. Exceptional Dining: The breakfast buffet had a great variety with both Indian and international options, and the staff ensured prompt service.4. Professional Staff: The hospitality stood out, with the staff being courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist.5. Amenities: The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, adding to the overall experience.

1. Room Maintenance: While the rooms were clean, some minor issues like worn-out upholstery and slightly slow air-conditioning could use attention.2. Check-in/Check-out Process: It could be faster as there was some waiting time during peak hours.

Despite the many disappointments, there were a few staff members who stood out and made an effort to improve our experience. Chef Suresh was very attentive and greeted us with a smile during breakfast on the first day. Shivam from the service team was the only one who remained attentive and kept a positive attitude throughout. Arsalan from the front office was courteous and tried to help whenever required. There were also two associates—one from the kitchen and one from the front office—who both had the same name and, despite the overall negative experience, managed to put a smile on our faces. The security staff standing outside should surely be rewarded for remaining courteous and always welcoming with a smile and warmth.Chef Vikrant made an effort to meet us on our last day during breakfast and tried his best to repair the damage, but unfortunately, it was too late to fix everything by then.

First Impressions:Upon arrival, I was immediately disappointed with the overall appearance of the property. Apart from the security guards at the entrance, no one greeted us or made us feel welcome. In fact, it felt more like a 2-star hotel than a 5-star one. The lobby washroom was dirty, with half-dead plants and barely any water coming from the taps. Both the wash pots and washbasins were dirty. The lobby's cream-colored sofas were stained with black spots and patches, and there was a considerable amount of dust behind the front desk. Given how unkempt the public areas were, I began to worry about the cleanliness of the room.Reception:We checked in and requested a room on a higher floor. The receptionist, Tanay, informed us that the room wasn’t ready and that it would take some time. So, we went for breakfast. After about an hour, we returned to the reception and were handed the key to a room on the second floor instead of the requested fifth floor. Again we had to wait on the #234 for floor change. There was no reason to wait for a higher-floor room if it wasn’t going to be ready.Additionally, during check-in, I asked the lady receptionist if the room amenities were provided for two guests. The receptionist assured me that they would be, but when we checked the room, we found amenities only for one person. We had to call housekeeping to provide additional amenities, which further added to the inconvenience.Room Cleanliness:The room’s washroom was not up to standard. The shower door had clearly not been cleaned in ages, and the floor was sticky. Worse, the toilet flush wasn’t working. When we contacted the front desk, they advised us to move rooms again, but we had already unpacked everything, so this wasn’t an option. They gave us a bucket to clean the toilet. The situation was awkward, and it was clear the room had been released without proper checks.

1. Morning coffee stand in the room. It was too high.2. The location of Radisson Blu -- Hinjewadi -- too far away from the bustling city of Pune. I should have stayed at Radisson Blu at Kharadi.

The rooms were clean and view was also nice

There were a lot of sockets which weren’t operational in the room, causing a lot of problems in charging phones and getting ready for our events. At around 8pm when we had to leave for a wedding which were to attend, the valet took about half an hour to get our car out. There were loads of people waiting in line for their cars to come. The overall experience was quite average. Doesn’t justify the tariff at all.

Breakfast was good. Facilities are average for business travel stay.Employees are cooperative.

Floors are not one of the best. Premises around the hotel is not good. Not easier to navigate anywhere by walk.
