Everything about the hotel was very good breakfast was excellent room service was prompt food was tasty.

Very helpful staff, great room service, flexible accommodating strategy for late/early check ins and check outs.
Muscittos and lot of noise day and night around due to construction next door and functions in the property. Quiet sleep was impossible. Elevator is too slow to make faster moves. Breakfast food is very repetitive. Default news paper in Pune is English , very surprising.

The hotel is a old hotel that got compromisingly renovated. Not worth for the pricing they operate and staffs are still updated service. The stay I had is better to be a forgettable one. Got carried over being posted in reputed site like you and get disappointed

We reached at around 10.30 in the night. Before reaching the hotel we told the hotel manager to keep dinner for us as we were not reaching to hotel during their dinner time.They have accepted our request and made the necessary arrangements, which was very impressive.
