Tarawade Clarks Inn, Pune

When we went breakfast room and site after front of everybody desk clerk said this a chargebel you have to pay We stay there for my son passport work because this hotel close to PSK Pune They charge money for brekfast

Great location as my training program was in the same hotel. Room was clean, bathroom not properly designed -WC seat is too high and hence uncomfortable for someone with an average height. For a short stay, ok but anything beyond 2 nights, won't be good. Had lunch in the restaurant and that was very good. Staff and service in conference were very good.

Sub standard housekeeping, water bottles not clean -had a layer of dust on the cap in the RO water bottles that were provided-even after pointing out, nothing done. Staff not trained and no management team member around to intervene or help. Could not watch TV as the subscription had expired!

Family trip

Management is worst. There was huge disturbance in the night upto 2am. Continously hotel staff was roaming in the gangway.Hotel room was booked different and allotted was different. After complaining about room we got our booked room.The photos what we see on internet was totally different than the actual.Not a good hotel at all.When the tap was started, shower was also started. Throughout night AC sound was there. Cockroches all over the room.

Disappointing

The flooring in all rooms was torn up and the first room given to us was extremely dirty . We asked for a replacement and got a suite on the same floor which was also not so great

Great service at the restaurant from Vikas. Great housekeeping. Perfect location.

Only the location and expensive food served at this place are great?

The room service is worse. They provide smelly bed sheets and towels so carry your own..If you are planning to visit just for one day then it's OK but if you plan to stay here for more than a day it's not worth it. If you are parking your car, do not trust the security guard. Do not leave your keys with them. I had a bad experience. The guy first convinced me to clean my car and took money from me, and the next day, he left the car uncleaned.and Also, the guard left as he worked on the night shift and no one took responsibility for it.. so be careful..

Mosquitoes..... Room partition was so thin that one could hear someone taking in other room, partition would vibrate everytime someone opens and close the door.

Ambience good. Room decent.

House keeping staff very impolite. . when asked to clear the plates post room service dinner, housekeeping staff asked us to clear it ourselves and keep it outside the door.AC not functioning properly.. water dripping from indoor unit. No effort from hotel to address the issue

The food was exceptional. And staff was very supportive

Hotel is under renovation so kitchen exhaust was not working and smoke fills in corridors of floors

The hotel changes extra even after booking online.

The room charges more than its worth like 4k for noting no fan AC condition is poor and no hair drier in Washroom.

Bedroom was clean and linen also

Bathroom could be modified ...the shower area wasn't that clean

Booked the hotel for 2 persons but we were told it is showing single occupancy and we're asked to pay additional charges for 2nd person, which is unfair.Whatever fare was shown on your site was much lesser than what we actually paid.

Breakfast and Meals were Good. Location is easy and approachable.

Room Security. Any Room can be opened from any card. Dangerous!!

I liked the courteous staff who were more than happy to attend us. They deserve more than 5 stars

The property needs maintenance. So I checked in with my 2ofe and 5 months old baby and we were treated with mould in bathroom and extremely dirty pillows. Which I must say that the staff promptly changed but the bathroom was dirty and had mould in it. Due to this I would like to avoid this property in future

Nothing was there to like in this property. Highly disappointed. Booked it by going for the reviews on booking.com Never would recommend this property to anyone ever.

Unclean room, unclean washroom, no room service, rats were making noise the whole night, cockroaches seen in the room, fungus in the washroom partition.

The hotel was under construction with noise of that all day. They should have for-warned about thisNo hair dryer. No iron. No dental kit was provided. We had to ask for it. The key card was not working at allEvery time while opening the door, one of the staff had to come and open it for us. Bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were small and very uncomfortable.
