Overall its good. location is very good

I did not get to stay here as the hotel cancelled my booking. Very disappointing. Nothing to like.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com as I usually do. It states clearly on the Booking.com website, regarding this hotel, “No prepayment necessary. Pay at the property”. As soon as I made the booking I was constantly harassed, by both emails (I can provide copies, if required) and phone calls, to pay for my room. When I emailed to say that I would pay when I stay, as advertised, my booking was cancelled by the hotel. Then they had the gall to email me to tell me that I had cancelled the booking myself! I am happy to prepay a deposit if required, and have done so at other hotels. What I dislike is false advertising. The management of this hotel should clarify its payment policy and not harass prospective guests. Fortunately I could make other arrangements at short notice, again through Booking.com.

The location and food were excellent.

The staff at Reception were very snooty and unhelpful. The couldn't be the least bothered to address your queries. It took an escalation to Treebo to get an ounce of decent service.

Very well managed as I reached early and they were cleaning the room I explored the hotel they have banquet hall and dining area as well checkin process was quick .

Price of the property was to high compare to facility and accomodation facility

The night manager he was very cooperative and did the seamless check in at late night hour.

Think twice to book the hotel.The morning manage, he was urging to leave the keys at the counter irrespective of that without my permission he cleaned my room and wasn't sorry for that. The restaurant manager was racist towards Hindi speaking people and keep taunting rude comments in Marathi. Food was good but staff behaviour was pathetic.

Hotel is very nice in this prize range though it was for only one night ,My stay was amazing liked the rooms , TV ,AC all are in working state. I will choose this property for upcoming business trips.

My booking got cancelled at last moment without my request and it resulted in lot of hardship for 2days

I went on a business trip but the experience was very good in terms of cleanliness, food and basic facilities staff members should be more polite but anyways helped to find the location for business meeting.

Prime location, room was good. The restaurant is there, however I believe the pricing is a little expensive, but the test was good.

Room was neat and clean with a dressing table, TV was working properly with all the basic channels. Near by Chinchwad railway station. check in was bit delayed

Breakfast arrangement was shabby, all soiled plates were collected in plastic tub and placed near the hand wash area. Limited breakfast menu. Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Overall is was sorry affair. Hotel is not worth the cost they are charging. Vehicle was parked in opposite side and there was car parked in front gate, i could not use car till the obstruction was cleared.

Food test and quantity.

Room and room accessories need maintenance.Door handle and lock broken and function.Window latch damage so window not locked.The color of the wall is peeling from the wallWindow curtains are not cleanI checked out next day 22 July 09am but got the invoice 21July to 23 July.

Great Hotel! Offers clean and big rooms, promt services and good food in breakfast. Location is great! A big parking is available. The service staff is very humble and they serve with a smile! Staff member took good care of our breakfast needs! I was happy with the experience of my stay.

There was nothing to like about

Except for the location everything is not as per shown on the website. Poor breakfast, room service & toilet bathroom was pathetic considering the amount charges per night. In short will never recommend even any enemy to visit this place

Improper internet.. No choice in breakfast.. No toiletries provided..
