Very nice, affordable and comfortable stay.Further, their breakfast was awesome. Same applicable for the Ale Carte as well.

Front office staffs can be more trained to deal with Customers. Whenever we ask for help they are ready but can adapt a proactive approach than reactive..Rest everything is good and well.

It's not as per expectations.

AC of the room was not functional at all.Got it checked many times but it didn't get fixed.

Breakfast was good.Staff at the restaurant was helpful.

Wifi not working. Hot water not coming. Plus the reception staff didn't have any customer centricity.

Waste of efforts. Receiption staff is adoment. They don't want to hear any suggestion. Seems they have any support from Hotel Management.

The hotel was in a good location. It was near many good restaurants and the mall. But it was in a residential area so it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very hospitable. I would stay there again.

The amenities offered were not that great. The hotel restaurant was good, but not many options. The drinking water offered was not good. The filter needs to be checked or cleaned

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Adequately fitted out with a large king-size bed and an excellent mattress. However the soap provided in the toilet was of below average quality.

Food variety was limited, poor and quality was average. Scrambled eggs were hard and rubbery. Kitchen, restaurant and front desk personnel need to be trained.Sufficient hot water wasn't available on tap around the clock so we could not bathe in the evening.

An exceptionally neat and clean hotel. Breakfast spread has lots of variety and deliciously prepared. Very convenient location with peace and quiet as well.

Liked that there were women on the reception and they were there till late night. The in room service menu was decently priced

The TV channels , none worked for more than 20 mins and despite complaint no one came. The hot setting on the shower gives Luke warm water. The toilet shower had broken and no toilet paper was there and the windows were a little open on the sides in the room. They need ro closed shut right. There should be more female staff in house keeping and in through out the night

The property is maintained. However it would now classify as B&B, as the kitchen not all day operational

Beds were not comfortable. They joined two queen beds to make a king size bed. Small bathrooms

Welcome was bad, there was no bellboy. When I came, security was missing at the door. Food choices limited. Staff very talkative in the restaurant - too noisy. Breakfast was not ready at 0700hrs, items missing, empty.Flies in the restaurant.

Despite booking a room from Booking. Com. As soon as i reached the hotel. It was informed by the Receptionist that the rooms are full and they cannot accommodate me and i was asked to leave at around 7PM. Even the AC was also switched off when i was sitting at the reception area.

Room is large and clean. Chai and paratha was good.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at unfortunately. They do not accept foreign credit cards. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and nearly overflows each time. Restaurant and room service isn’t available during the day - Only breakfast or dinner. Extra creamer for tea is not available from room service during the day because the kitchen is closed! Toilet paper is not available (I don’t think the toilets could handle it, the pipes have issues with flushing already). Instead of toilet paper they'll give square tissue paper. AC fan is noisy. Small TV in room. Clock above TV has the wrong time. Location is out of the way, no restaurants nearby. Staff aren’t happy. We forgot to give the key back at checkout and they called us an hour later, so we couriered it to them - such a pain, they should’ve reminded us at checkout. Just a badly managed place overall.
