Too expensive with zero facilities For this budget you can have good hotels with pool and gym and still save atleast 1000 bucks

The room is not worth, old scraped rooms. the coffee trays are not cleaned. toilets are not completely cleaned and sanitized. the stay is not worth for the money.

The breakfast is worth of a 4 star hotel, good. If you find a clean room, comfort is good.

Roooms not very clean. Some, moldy, check or ask for a change.Only two devices for Wifi, you can ask for more, not always granted. This limitation is silly nowadays.

The staff was good, understanding and approachable. Room service was immediate.

I felt the linen used could have been of a better quality, The pillow covers were not ironed which we usually notice in hotels. Did not like the idea of a bathroom with frosted glass facing the bedroom, you must use blinds to cover the glass. Its of cheap taste as one can see the shadow when lights are on in the bathroom.

Food is good

I waited 3 hours for check in but I alerady informed I will come at earliest, bad washroom door, dusty room not clean.

breakfast is not included in our plan, however front office enquired about our need of hot beverages while we were expecting our business partners. - good gesture & hospitality

absence of bell boys at entrance, cold food was served on rooftop restaurant, despite complaining the same nothing happened

The only good thing about this property was the food quality and the service at the restaurant, particularly by Tanaji.

Extremely unprofessional front office staff. Dirty rooms and corridor. Floors are stained so are the furniture. Carpet on the corridor was so dirty and stinking. No warm water in the washrooms. There are more negatives but I feel tired to list them.

The infrastructure is good. The rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. the location is great if you have work in the area. Nothing too fancy but everything works.

The breakfast should have been better. There was no attention being given to refilling or to keeping the items warm. The property is under renovation and only one restaurant is functional. Which could have been the reason.Also the wifi is a real problem. 2 device limit in a business hotel - this is ridiculous. and even then the signal kept dropping out in my room.

At the time of check-in.. room was extremely hot.. as AC was not switched on by staff. Anyway despite complaining about AC non functioning.. nothing was done by the Management. We were almost sweating in room at night too.Also morning breakfast needs improvement.
