Hotel was clean and at great location

Breakfast buffet exp was bad, staff would not fillup even 15 mins after it was emptied. Service was slow and needed multiple reminders. For the room, locker was missing in one room and iron was missing in another... overall there was no consistency.

The breakfast was decent

The rooms were outdated, dirty carpets, even the bedsheets had stains. We were moved to another room after complaining. The next room bedsheets we¿re fine, but the towel was dirty and had a big dirty stain, which was upsetting. The carpets were stained.

The staff were cordial and warm. They made sure the arrangement and any accommodation add-ons were notified to us

The breakfast definitely needs an improvement. Also the hotel infrastructure needs an update and renovations

Had to call the staff repeatedly for certain things The hotel could have been at a better location, like the main city location

I liked the size of suite and the interiors were decent.

Staff was courteous and welcoming but they were not very polished. The staff member who served dinner in the room had bad body odor. The gym has very basic and old equipment.

No tub bath, bath towels were worn out, could hear vehicle noise (truck horns), breakfast spread could have been better. Check-in staff refused to upgrade (booking.com) had assured us an upgrade. Only one room sleepers. Bathroom cloak was too small and only one was provided. Reception was not aware of the complimentary clothes washing service, I had to request.

While the breakfast was good the waiting due to wedding group was a bit frustrating. Would have been good if the rest guest were given choice to either pre-book and collect or simply take away breakfast in their rooms to avoid such waiting time for many families and individuals.

Hospitality was poor. The staff is a little bit rude. Restaurants staff is very slow. The swimming pool is under maintenance. But not informed at the time of booking.

We had a very good stay. Lovely staff. The Carmine staff was very accommodating. Tejaswini, Karuna and Eram were amazing

Breakfast was good Thanks for variety of food covering the different regions of India. Enjoyed hot Idli and Dosa and other items.

I like everything, even the staff is cooperative.

There were chips and nuts provided in the room, those should have been complementary and included in the package.

Great big room. Comfortable beds. Accepted my request to extend my checkout by 2 hours. Neat and clean.Great service
