Disappointing

The place is definitely spooky. At night, there were no lights even at the main registration desk. I did read spooky reviews and the haunted bungalow right next to it. I left the hotel in an hour of checking in, and didn’t even expect any refund.

The staff were excellent, especially those at reception. The rooms are just a small part of the club premises, which includes a large garden with big pool, a gym and children's play areas. There is also a bar, breakfast room and outdoor restaurant. It is a wonderful area of calm close to the centre of Pune.

They did not take international credit cards!

Location was good. Less option for breakfast.

They charged extra Rs 1000 and in place of AC room, they give cooler in room. They are cheaters. Wifi not working in room.

The Location, Ambience, Feel and the Aura of the place is too good.

Staff is not as courteous as expected. Very few staff members were willing to help.

The Residency Club is in the ideal location for a short stay while waiting a day or two for a train. The pool was terrific--one can do real laps in it. Location and the pool are why I booked here. Disappointingly, the pool was closed on my second day. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Though some staff were friendly and helpful, many were indifferent or borderline rude. (I would come back for the pool, though!) International credit cards are not accepted, which complicated check-in.

Location is convenient.

Poor service. Not so clean room. Underwhelming stay. For the price, much better options at other hotels.

It’s near to Pune Railway Station, rest I didn’t liked anything.

Everything,-including room service to price to cleanliness and staff all needs improvement.

The location is good and very much accessible. Close to the railway station. The property has gym, sauna, steam, pool and other sports arenas which is accessible by all guests.

The room was pretty small, however i cant complain about that as it was for a single person. But it felt like I was inside a box with no natural light or windows. Moreover there was no internet or phone connectivity in the room and the wifi of the property was very weak. Hence I had to come out to the lobby to take any calls or even text. This was a major hindrance as I was there for some official work and it was very inconvenient.

Sorry. Missed Breakfast, But I and My Office Guests enjoyed Dinner.

Eminities were good, rooms are decent, Mouglai food is good....

Rest of the cuisines are average, The rooms can be cleaner and the kettles are very old need to be replaced

Large super deluxe room. AC, tea coffee, minibar. outdoor restaurant food and service was excellent

room very dated. bathroom door bottom wood is rotting and we had to kill a few small cockroaches. very unpleasant. door needs to be replaced. breakfast staff very slow and indifferent. I was charged double for my room. although they apologised and took my bank details for a refund, I still have not received the 11046 rs credit in my bank, nor are they responding to mails.

The overall experience was excellent. Check in and Out was very smooth. The facility was well maintained. The security was very good, one night I came back after midnight the security guard let me in only after check my credentials with the front desk, feel safe. Food quality can be improved.Staff was very courteous. Thank you & God Bless.

Mr Mudassar & female receptionist were very helpful except one posted on 26 th evening who behaved a bit rudely with

Cockroaches in room, no freshen up facilities for drivers.

Rooms are v comfortable. Absolute value for money . Staff too is very helpful

got no wi fi inspite of requests . Also was upset to see so many guests walking around without masks on club premises .No one was bothered about this

Just the location

The bathroom door got stuck with me insideHouse keeping was too slow to reach out to me.The room committed was with a Great view but the actual view was awfulThe behaviour of the staff was not friendly at all

Shower, dysfunctional phone & safe.

The location is excellent. The room was nice and clean, there was a fridge and safe available.

The cooling was not good bcz of the centralised AC, couldn't be controlled through the control in the room. The toilet paper was a half roll and used. For the price, someone would expect basic toiletries like a body lotion to be available in the room. A doormat in front of the bathroom would have been useful.

Staff was too much intruding by calling very often. Also some maintenance renovation work was being carried out in the afternoon causing disturbance during nap time.
