FabHotel Imperio - Nr. Baner Hill

Location is USP.Clean Basic Bed and Breakfast was satisfactory.

AC was dripping heavily all night leading to mess and disturbance in sleep

breakfast was good , good silent place

parking place

The room was not clean. Not worth the moneyAlthough I had booked it for 2 days, I checked out after a day as because of its condition.Even after raising a request for 1 day refund, there is no response.

Nothing to like.

I hated my stay here :(I will strongly request everybody to never ever book this hotel. The room was super unclean and manager was really unprofessional. He forced me to make offline booking and I had to make double payment (compared to the booking amount).

Never stay in this hotel

The staff is worse here especially the reception manager. They demanded extra money with a very bad tone when an associate of mine visited in the morning for a few hours before checkout. And in my defence, I am a female and the associate was also a female and they started the argument with - she must have come to freshen up in your room and for that you need to pay extra money. The facilities were also not up to the mark here for the money they are charging. The washrooms are the worst maintained here. I chose to stay as I was traveling alone and had a lot of work and didn't want to waste my time in switching hotels and the stay was only for a night.

Location , Linen quality

Room is old

The property is near the main road and there is restaurant very nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a lift too.

The entrance was under-construction so did know where to enter from. The plug sockets are little loose and the door lock was not user- friendly.

The location is excellent - very central. Hot water was available all the time and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff directed us to a good place to eat that was very close by and reasonably priced.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There were mosquitoes which did not respond to the mosquito repellent plug-in provided by the hotel. Breakfast was provided too late for us as we wanted to make an early start. We would have been able to have breakfast if it was provided at 7, as in many hotels.

Good with not so many facilities. Basic Rooms with basic items. Location is good

Washrooms can be more better. Few items they provide after asking

Nothing positive except location

Broken wiring, falling plasters from ceiling, rude staff, very small rooms. All which could be wrong was wrong with this property.

Location, faculty

No hot water in bathrooms, most of the time faculty provided hot water on request.

Please refund my amt 700 I asked so many times if 2 days room available they said yes so I paid advance but whn we were nearing hotel he said only one day room available not fair after reaching I had to search another hotel late night so I did not stay at imperio. Need my refund asap

Cheating

Helpful staff, good location

Room wasn't well maintained, pillows were uncomfortable and limited inhouse dining options.Lack of facilities for the price..

CLean and safe area. Good staff.

Bathroom shower head fell off with water pressure

The beds were dirty, I could feel the bed spread was used multiple times

Cleanliness, it looked like one of those places where girls would not stay alone

Cleanliness

Hot water no supply after 10 or earlier before 7

The location. Came for a race at the Balewadi stadium which is hardly 2kms from the hotel.

It’s up keep. The hotel has deteriorated with time. The room was dingy and the bathroom looked unclean. This place needs a renovation.

Value for money and really nice stay . Staff is good and rooms are spacious. Worth it and felt safe in the main road Baner pune.

Passable

I want to share a concerning experience I had with Booking.com that I believe is important for everyone to be aware of.Recently, I received an email notification indicating that I had submitted a review for a hotel I stayed at. To my surprise, I had not written any review at all. This raises serious concerns about how Booking.com is handling user information and reviews. It appears they may have accessed my email account without my consent to post misleading reviews.I urge everyone to be cautious when using Booking.com and to not rely solely on customer reviews when making hotel reservations. My experience suggests that the reviews may not be trustworthy, and it’s alarming to think that our personal information could be compromised in this way. Please be vigilant and consider alternative booking platforms if you have similar concerns.

Good hotel to stay & really enjoyed my stay . Staff is good & always ready to help . Food was also good .
