Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan

Very clean well maintained and spacious.

Breakfast was goo. Dinner as well.Pool was Ok. It was near many factories, so access was fine for me.

Pool arrangement and instructions not enough.Lunch was moderate.I didn't like the security checking, but maybe there is a reason.

breakfast was awesome. Hospitality was superb we travel with our 6 year old child, all the care was taken by the staff there. especially Chef patil, Yogi, Akshay. All the people have done great Job.

Food more suited to Indian palette

Staff was helpful. Welcoming of guests with smiley faces. In cafeteria, Cheif and support staff was accessible and putting best efforts for guests satisfaction.

The staff's approach and the food quality are good. For a business trip, it is a very good property. There is good connectivity to the industrial area of Chakan.

The shaving razor quality is very poor, which is surprising to me.

Omkar and the other restaurant server were excellent. In general the staff was very cooperative and went out of their way including the front desk lady

Well maintained hotel

There's a real problem with their payment method - When I booked my room, the cost was $134, including taxes.I arrived a day later at the hotel, and they asked me to pay in advance the booking, which I didn't have any issue doing it, but they wanted to charge me for $182.I told them it is a mistake, but they insisted there's not an issue with it, that it's just a currency rate issue.. after I demanded their manager and explained to him the issue, he "found out" that the problem is with their billing systems and bill me only for what I needed to pay from the beginning.It was a ridiculous situation and smelled like a fraudulent attempt.

everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Jay and Mr. Yogendra for their attention.

I would like to thank a lot all crew from hotel and restaurants for make my stay in India wonderful and I came back home with many great experiences. Special thanks to Chef Parmar. All 2 weeks he with crew were making delicious dishes and served them by Chef Parmar were always with history about them. Amazing.Crew from restaurant and hotel was also very helpful. I would like to make special thanks for Sakshi, Rushi, Jay, Jacky, Vinod, Tanuja and Gupta. They were very very kind and helpful. Even when I left something in the room after checkout, Sakshi organized delivery to my home. Thank you. I hope I’ll back soon!

Hotel is very good and staff is very polite, rooms are clean

Location is not good, it's industrial area and no any facilities available near the hotel. This hotel is good for business travellers only.Not good for family.

Good location if you are on a business trip with and you location is near by. Very caring, helpful and polite staff. good spa facilities, food choices are also very good.

There is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel after work times, You have to travel long to get to city or airport. If would be helpful if you can add sauna & saloon facilities to the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Staff is great! Especially Nikhil at the cafeteria/restaurant. He takes good care of the clients...Knows what the customers need and require. Great job Nikhil and Marriot team!

Courteous staff, lovely food, good rooms

Kind of oasis in the middle of industrial area. Nice staff, but whatever you ask it takes time to execute (check in etc.). It's also good that you can get a taxi immediately as soon as you ask for it and it can be charged to your room.Food is OK, not excellent but absolutely OK. Free drinking water is also provided in necessary volumes.

Overall level of cleanliness. May be for India it's OK but for Marriott hotels in general not OK. I had 2 beds in my room and one had absolutely perfect linen but on the other one bed linen was not clean (or looked like that).Principally it looks that the materials used for hotel decoration are cheap and that's why are weared out fast. Plus it's necessary to wash the curtains more often etc. So for sure there is a place for improvement.

The location of the hotel in a distant industrial area.the spread of the breakfast and quality was very good. One could ask for choice of dishes.There was everything to cover all food choices from Indian to continental.

A proper bar was not there, though the cocktail i asked for- Long Island tea was great.Stay was short so cannot say anything more
