The rooms were not maintained properly. The furnitures were old and broken.

The food was pathetic, there was no slippers in the room, entire food was vegetarian, there was no dinner facility available, it is required essentially as there is no good eating shops, the door lock was not working, and the behavior of the staff was not welcome.

We checkedin on 21st and the receptionist was asking for extra 500 then the price shown in booking.com for early check-in and it was 11 am as mentioned it shall be free of cost after 11 am.

Disappointed and Unsure About Trust and Safety

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a disappointing experience regarding some forgotten items. I accidentally left a few belongings in the room and realised it later that same day. I informed the hotel staff, knowing exactly where I had left them, but they said the items weren’t there.This was frustrating, because even if I didn’t realise it immediately, the hotel should have checked the room after checkout—as most hotels do—and kept any forgotten items safely. We were still in the hotel lobby for a while after checkout, so it’s surprising that no one came to inform us.It really makes me question the trustworthiness of the staff and how responsibly they handle guests’ belongings. It felt like someone might have taken the items and simply chose not to report them. That’s not something you expect from a professional hotel. I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I can trust this place again.On top of that faced problems with the taps in the bathroom first the water was not coming and then it was getting hot on its own even though turned the tap to cold water. It was very inconvenient.

The property is good. Location is good. I ordered the food in the room and it was amazing - the food is very reasonable in terms of price and excellent in terms of quality. The breakfast items were very limited but breakfast was excellent. Food quality is great! Lot of space for car parking available which is great.

The room furniture is very oldish.. could have been better.. I stayed in the basement floor.Only liquid soap in the bathroom - I would have appreciated a soap bar as well.I did asked for the car wash in the morning but they didn't do that - there was some internal communication issue. Should provide a paid car wash service for the customers checking out early morning specially considering that the car parking is open. There is a car wash center just besides the hotel but it opens late in the morning.

The room assigned does not match with the pictures uploaded on booking.com. Very unclean, bedroom and bathroom both. Mosquitoes everywhere.

Good mannered staff. Nice location. Good food.

Bathrooms could be upgraded. Also the windows and decor are very outdated.

Cozy rooms. Nice windows and balcony. Ac worked well . Seemed clean. Good parking space . Welcoming lobby and reception.

The bathroom was unclean. Dull dim lighting. Dirty bath tub with broken drain plug. Musky smell too. The lobby with carpets seemed a lot better then hhe room itself.

Beds, bathroom, flooring, furniture. Lots of mosquitoes flew inside from bathroom. Hot water isn’t present 24*7. Some staff even entered our room when we were not present and it was NOT for housekeeping/ cleaning because cleaning was already done - we spotted that staff’s shoe marks on the bathroom floor. Very disappointing stay. Never going to stay here again.
