HOTEL RITZ

Clean room, good food.

No internet or WiFi. The one they provided does not have signal strength and speed. Issue remained open even after multiple complaints. The issue has affected us as mobile range is very poor inside the rooms.

The hotel is tired and rooms need a bit of change. WiFi worked in public areas but not in the room. My room was in a noisy area near the restaurant

The old world charm that elevates the simplicity of the place to quaint elegance, ample space in the room, classy furniture and the perfect firmness of the mattresses ensuring soothing sleep.

Absolutely nothing

Location, tasty vegetarian food, good service,they try and keep it very clean as its a heritage building.

For the price it is value for money, but the parking at times can become a problem along with mosquitos.

Staff were good.

Limited food option. Bathroom tab was closing automatically.

Hotel Ritz Work on Restaurant..

Hotel Ritz has to strengthen their restaurant services. Once upon a time, Guj Dishes were famous but due to some internal disputes, services deteriorated.

Location was the winner. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty

Bathroom shower knob was jammed so had to use a bucket

Location of Ritz is very good.. property is old and barely kept functional.. Staff is skeletal. Rooms are ok and spacious as its Art Deco style construction.. balcony is there which is good but barely maintained.. all in all it has seen tough times and the staff is trying to keep it going..

Given that lockdown was tough on everyone and hotels the most, I dont want to complain about anything.. just want to wish them well and recover to full glory soon.. Ritz I wish to see much stronger in months to come

The location, and the hotel looks good from the outside. That's it. There's nothing else to like.

The dirtiest place I have stayed at, for this price. The first thing is that my booking from Booking.com was denied, so I had to book directly at a higher price.The rooms are a complete mess. Smelled damp and moist. The AC didn't work, and the guy who we called to help just shrugged his shoulders and left. The toilet was dirty, has no faucet (later we were told it has an inbuilt spray). There was a bucket and mug in the toilet that was covered in slime due to days of not cleaning. There were hair in the toilet lying on the floor, which means someone used it before us and there was no cleaning done. There was no hot water in the shower. The wooden cupboard in the room was rotting, the mirror had slipped from the frame.All in all, a cheaper Oyo room is much better than this dirt hole.

No Wifi,No signal in room,Bad sheets are not cleaned

I checked in evening at that time hot water is not coming I called to reception they it will come after some time but it didn't happened later next day morning i got the hot water.Wifi also not there, they said one wifi name but that is very weak signal not coming till my room.

It's spacious n bathroom is very spacious.

Furniture, beds, curtains, ac n it's got very old looks.

Services was bad, tv ac not working properly...did not entertain the issue

The rooms are big and clean with AC and TV.Bathroom was also big and clean.Ample parking space for 4 wheeler.Courteous staff.They have a on premise pure veg restaurant which serves tasty food.(rates are a bit on the higher side)Location is great, near to MG road and SGS mall.Blue Nile and Irani Cafe are walking distance.

Bathroom does not have hand held bidet.There were mosquitoes in the room.No free water bottles in the room.(They do provide normal water in a Jug)Restaurant charging Rs 30 for a Rs 20 Bisleri water bottle.

Hotel Ritz is excellent value for money.Its not a 5 Star but makes up on location big spacious rooms, vegetarian food, friendly respectful staff and all this for less than half the price compared to 5 Star Hotels. Thats my take anyway.

The hotel is close to wherever one wants to go.good ambience, friendly staff

Breakfast options could be more.

Old heritage look of the building, it's location, garden open restaurant n food. Food was quite fresh n tasty. No doubt cost was quite high to afford. Cost must be reasonable.

There were mosquitoes in and outside the room, that requires check measures on it. Tea, coffee n snakes must be supplied throughout the day 7am to 9pm atleast. Room must be facilitated with tea kettle, tea n milk pouches.

The property is good, has an old world charm. Rooms are spacious and so was the Bathroom. The Restaurant was good, served hot, delicious meals. The staff especially Arvind (or Avinash) Kumar was warm and efficient.

The rooms were not well maintained. There were cockroaches of different sizes running all over the place and having a ball!! The switches were tight and the panel threatened to come off the wall.Sadly the property is plagued with indifference, neglect and lethargy.

The property is almost a heritage in itself.

It is under staffed. Attention to calls is excessively delayed.
