Cons -
- Cockroaches in the room but they instantly shifted us in a good room.Tip - pest control required urgently..!
- They need to focus more on hygeine and housekeeping, the staff accommodation was just beside our room and all the smoking smell was present in the lobby. The breakfast was very dissappointing with only 1-2 options , they do not even offer milk / coffee .I expected some options when i payed almost 3200 per night.
- It is next to a construction site. No hot water. Cheap toilet roll. Uncomfortable beds, felt I was laying on springs. It’s new, but some of the switches didn’t work and staff were completely unprepared for foreigners. Card machine didn’t take my card but staff let me get cash for next day.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Hotel BookingDear Hotel Management / OwnerI am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking for my arrival date, I was informed upon check-in that no rooms were available, and my reservation could not be honored.I presented my confirmation letter, but the staff refused to assist me further and suggested that I could take any action I wished. This lack of professionalism and support is deeply disappointing.Due to this experience, I feel compelled to share my story with my social network to warn others about this hotel.I hope you can address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future guests.Sincerely,Rajesh Adnani9820024757
Bad experience
The lift was not working. The स्टार्स were broken. There was garbage bags dumped on stairs. The front desk reported no rooms available. I don't see your booking. The whole experience was disgusting. We didn't stay.
