Incompetent staff. Totally unprofessional Did not return the Adhar cards and took no responsibility for the difficulty it put us into.Would not even try to make amends for their mistake by returning the cards even at our expense

Utilities were not provided as per requirements. Breakfast was below average. Location was alright

2 people were staying so towels proper iron board should have been provided. as per the service the room was on a higher price and didnot meet expectations

We have used IBIS for 3 times and this time we have noticed that the rooms looked a bit tired and facilities not up to standard.

Nothing to like about.1. You take a shower the vents don’t work and fire alarm gets triggered.2. They don’t give you towels each day after they clean the room3. Car packages are one way and way too unbelievably expensive.4. Laundry doesn’t come on time.5. Rooms are not clean6. Room keys has to be reset everyday.7. Payments getting asked every day even.

I recently stayed here at Ibis Hotel Viman Nagar Pune. I like the ambience of the hotel from entry gate to my room. I like there room size and structure that is comfortable for single guest who travel for business or etc. Food was nice. I accomodate early in room as comp by reception staff Vinay. Thanks to him for great service and give me early check in before the time of check in. I will definitely tell all people to visit once. Thanks Vinay.??

Had a wonderful experience at Ibis! The staff was polite and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vinay who was exceptionally helpful and made sure everything went smoothly — her warm attitude truly stood out. The food was flavorful with great variety, and the service was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

Food was good but service very poor

bathroom size very compact gives feeling of train toilets, before reaching , I tried calling them almost 30 times no one picked the call. Toilet size very compact. Restaurant service very poor. Check in process is very bad, after doing web checkin they keep you waiting for more than 20 min at reception.. their key cards stops working every day.

Comfortable Stay..

I recently stayed in Ibis Viman nagar the ambience and services were super here. I would special mention one of staff name here who did me check-in and as well as smooth check-out for me Vinay from desk.

Location, Wifi connectivity, cleanliness, Reception, housekeeping staff

Room and bathroom is too small, AC Cooling was not optimal, bed was too small but was fixed by House Keeping person, parking is too tedious not at all comfortable when parking in 2 level basement.

The location was good and enjoyed the breakfast. Staff too was very helpful. Restaurant staff were very kind.. Thank you.

The temperature setting of the air conditioning didn't go 23°. With the heat outside that much cooling was not enough. Toiletries were not enough. Tissue roll got over after 1 st use. I think things with basic needs should be replenished.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, and I want to thank Vyankatesh and Shubham for their exceptional service. After a long, exhausting trip, Vyankatesh went out of his way to accommodate me with an early check-in, which made all the difference. His kindness and efficiency really helped me settle in comfortably. Shubham also provided excellent service, ensuring everything was taken care of. The staff, in general, was incredibly understanding and friendly, making me feel right at home. I truly appreciate their support and hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

ROOM SERVICE WAS HOPELESS. I REQUESTED FOR DINNER AT NIGHT , FISRT HE TOLD IT WILL TAKE 20-25 MINUTES BUT WITH IN FEW MINUTES HE TELEPHONED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 40 T0 45 MINUTES . I AGREED BUT TO MY SURPRISE FOOD WAS SERVED WITHOUT CUTLARY , PAPER NAPKIN. I TOLD THE SERVING STAFF , HOW I WILL EA THE FOOD , WITH HANDS LIKE BIHARI OR SOUTH INDIAN DO,S. SHE WENT AND NEVER RETURNED . AFTER 20 TO 25 MINUTES I CALLED THE RECEPTION . EVEN AFTER CALLING THE RECEPTION , SHE CAME AFTER 40 MINUTES. FOOD BY THAT TIME WENT COLD AND I AHD TO RETURN IT WITH HEVY MIND.LATER IN MORNING I REQUESTED FOR COFFEE CESSE AROUND 8 AM BUT EVEN AFTER CHECKING OUT IT WAS NOT SERVED, SO HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BE SATISFIED WHEN SUCH SMALL NEEDS ARE NOT MET.

SERVICE BY STAFF WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. STAFF NEEDS TRAINING.
