morning breakfast menu was so common and tastes so average. also location isnt that great also. main road outside the hotel was so dark as there's no street lights ,, peoples was sitting there on tapir , not safe for ladies to go out

service was so poor. first they allot us room on 5th floor which was so unclean , smell was there, room was tiny & washing cloths & bedsheets was at the front door. bathtubs was in not working condition. after complaint they shift us to 3rd floor. they served soft drink with no fizz & not even cold, not arranged it again even after complaint, morning breakfast menu was so common and tastes so average. overall its was very bad experience for u. disappointed!!!

This is an isolated property so no noise … completely calm and quiet .

Not porper mainten room I was face lots of problems like cocrathes in the bed & room.Many time call for room service.So I want to my full amount refund .Because i couldn't sleep full night.No wifi facility.

I like the ambiance of the hotel, the rooms, and the food. Pleasant quality. Good option for short stay.

Sanitizer was only available at the reception and not on each floors. Room did not have any hand napkins in place. I had to call home service to get at least some tissue papers if not the napkins. Valet parking employee did not deliver baggage to my room and I had to get them by myself.

Third class maintenance of hotel, staff served housefly juice after informing them they least bother even change the same electric buttons are in bad condition entire corridor is stinking carpet in corridor is unclean ... If you are resume your operation after covid you should provide proper service as you guys are charging so high I personally not going to recommend anyone... One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life..... PATHETIC experience is the only word ...

Bed was comfortable, lighting was appropriate

Overall cleanliness was bad. Stains everywhere in the room, when we checked it room was full of smoke smell. Random hairs in the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty and drain was clogged with hair. Ordered the fries which came burnt and 40 mins late, after confirming to not send a new portion and not charge us, a female staff rang the doorbell 5 times handed us the fries and almost ran away. During billing, we were charged and since we ate it we were going to pay, but the staff at the reception and the restaurant were hardly bothered about any of our complaints. They made me write it down and the assistant manager did call but all he said was give the property another chance without any solution. Why would I pay to visit this property again. Breakfast food was bad and they ran out of bread. We were 5 people, how can the whole hotel run out of bread

Actually the hotel was good and comfortable.with nice facilities as well as view.

The reception staff was lil bit lazy about giving service on time..there is no availability of hot water in winter Season.. sometimes they even not accepted calls.disappointed.

The service is slow. The room has no toilet rolls/towels n had to remind the house keeping 2-3 times to provide the same. The room had a bathtub but no running hot water.

Near to the market place & mall. Check in time. Staff was friendly.

The information provided on booking.com is misleading. The hotel is not nearby Shaniwarwada which it claims. Fitness center is not functional. It seems they are in shortage of staff due to which service levels were very poor. We never received the room service menu and were forced to order out. They were not even able to prove basic tea as part of breakfast in the morning. Please donot go for breakfast included deal as the quality is bad. Room was dirty with stains at several places. It’s absolute waste of money.

The staff was amazing. Every time the electricity went off, it came back within 30 seconds. Good high speed WIFI. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable.Food was tasty.

No English channels on TV. Bath tub facility were closed.
