Hotel Solitaire

The room was clean and spacious. Good for a one night stay. The staff was friendly as well

The amenities could be a bit better. There was no hot water for shower. The light switches are also all over the place (bed lights near the TV and main entry lights by the bed, etc)

Staff is kind and polite.

The room was a bit dirty and AC was not working the whole time it took around 1 and a half hours to get the TV working. Looked like the place was getting renovated.

Power back up was lost. Washroom was sync with water. Lot of power fluctuations happened and impacted my Meetings.

The location of the property is quite confusing and the people who are new to this place might not easily locate the property as you have to go through an alley to reach the property. Another thing that I didn't like were the rooms, which are shown on the internet are different to that of actual rooms.

Didn't like anything.

Very bad experience. Toilet was not clean. Wifi not working. TV not working. Had to do several follow ups for it. Wifi was not working in my entire stay.

Was told to pay cash inspite of sharing my credit card.They refused to accept any credit cards.My guest had to call me at 1.15 am and he was forced to pay cash

I did not like anything, from service to cleanliness, to room size, nothing was there. the stars were impolite, the hotel ran out of water in the morning and I had to check out without taking a shower.

Just the hotel location

AC wasn't working and had to call reception twice to get it fixed. There were no towel and soap in the room. Despite asking, it took 30 min for the staff to make it available. There were cockroaches in the bathroom all over. It was one of the worst hotel experience I had in last one year.

the property is 3class, facility, food all pathetic, room service also not satisfactoryhotel amenities are too poorthink twice before booking this property as per their policy standard double occupancy room u have to pay extra for 2 adults basic heygine like tissue papers and all missing

Owner behaviour. No wifi coverage inside room. When asked for it, he asked for upgrade paying 500 extra

Frequent electricity disruptionRoom not quiet, I was in roadside room and it was too noisy,Room situation not well, tv in the middle of the room, no proper lighting near bed. Bed was in a corner of the roomFood never arrived timely, food always took more than an hour to arrive.According to the daily charges, the hotel is quite costly. Not worth the money actually.

Very poor services

The hotel staff told they don't have any rooms while the guest went to check in at 4 in the morning of 8 and asked to pay more if the guest is staying late and checking out late and they already took the prepayment that showed in the booking portal and we have to pay additional of 1800 for the late check out. And the room was a used one with some ones hairs on the blankets and floor and there were candles and cake stains on floors and the toilet was stinking with some stains and a bucket full of water that is of atleast 3 days old.

Room was very small and dirty all the paint are coming out from wall it feels like we are in 50 century room were wall are about to crack. Bathroom was too dirty even to use. It is not value for money at all. I will never recommend anyone to visit there.

I have not like room at all totally waste of money, when i entered room i want to come out from room and want refund but i can not do anything so i stayed there.
