Horrible experience

They didn't provided me AC room despite booking for AC room, they directly threaten to take the room or leave, I requested them it already late and I can't go anywhere else, after a lot of struggle they gave me one low graded AC room in some other random hotel that too for 200 bucks more, it was horrible Experience.

Booking.com said I have free breakfast included with my stay being a Genius 2 member, but the property had no kitchen or restaurant for any breakfast!!

It was pathetic experience with Fab hotel and it was cheating. The hotel conditions were not where i can stay with my family. All kind of shady activities were observed and staff were trying to rip-off money looking at the situation. I wil never stay at your any of your hotels in my life and also I am going to write to booking.com so that they take necessary steps. Kindly arrange to refund my money. The photos shown on booking.com are fakes. Never go with ur family to these Fab hotels.

Nothing, bad rooms, smell all over, cockroaches roaming around, trying to rip-off money, they are actually not hotels. All kind of shady activities around.

I did not like anything about the property

Dirty room and non hygienic and bad smell all over
