Oxford Golf Resort

Vert shabby management

The bathroom supplies were filthy. The toothbrush had fungus growing on it

I think it's a best getaway from the busy life of the city and yet it's so close to the city. The location is magnificent and the rooms are perfect. The golf course looks amazing and the games are great too

They were very cooperativeDecent , respectful Specially Mahesh WaghHe made sure i got my ride to the airport and kept following that even after his shift ending .

Very courteous staff. Clean and modern room. Great view of the golf course.

The property is very well maintained. Has a lot of lush greenery.

A access to the golf field, a tour may be perfect.

The location. Ambience. Food. Indoor activities. Spacious rooms.

Nothing as such

Unsatisfactory

I had booked for a VIP guest (the guest had police security provided by state) and asked the hotel to specifically put everything on invoice and don't ask my guest for money, also I had already deposited extra money to their bank account, yet they did the same mistake, also they called the guest for checkout one day in advance.

Beautiful golf views from balcony

Misleading us into thinking we could play golf. Don’t bother staying here if golf is your reason. They make it very difficult for non members. Hotel guests get low priority

good to experience golf driving range. for the first timers only. the breakfast was really good with a good spread.

none of the other facilities were upto the mark. pool was surprisingly dirty, billiards cue was not maintained as the tip was broken. whatever you order in in room dining, you have extra charges for most of the things. eg: if you order a pizza, they only have a margarita pizza and If you want pizza with toppings, each topping will cost you rs.50. the pizza was for rs.800. even the water bottle, if you order from the reception it's for rs.50 but if you call house keeping for bottle of water the price is rs.60. it was very weird all in all.. average stay. not worth the price.

Overall facilities were good.

The particular room we stayed in had several issues (wifi not accessible, bathroom lights, leakage from bathroom ceiling).

Good location Very peaceful

Only 1 towel, no room cleaning till 2pm and after I called themTv had no channels Horrible pillows Food was very poor Room service couldn’t be added to the room bill and had to be paid separately This is not a 5 star property in any sense

- Amazing location- Great views- Good food at the main restaurant

- Very unfriendly, plastic staff. - Very poor quality of room service

Courteous staff and cleanliness and location

The room especially the bathroom was very dimly lit. The lighting could be much better in the room. Also the bed cum sofa couch in the living room was not apt for sitting. It was skidding all the way.

rooms were big and well appointed

breakfast was not in same building.

Clean and very good view location

The breakfast venue was changed last minute without intimation

The rooms were good and spacious. Ambience was neat and clean. Location was great.

Breakfast was okay, could have been better in terms of spread and taste both. Restaurant food was very okay and its quite inside so we have to eat food here only.

- Overall it was satisfactory.- Golf Course was good.- Food was good.-Good choice of drinks.- Good Caddies.- Location was good.-2 days at this location was good.-

- I think the room was overpriced.

Cleanliness, good restaurant but limited option in iconic Bld.

No golf tour for in house guest.

Big space, neatly kept, beautiful view.

No pans in the Suite, slow room service, mice in the dining area. No shuttle available between Iconic and Pool/club area

cleanliness, maintenance

staff attitude at iconic , all except a few were attentive and cordial . to mention "sasa" at iconic restaurant was very attentive and helpful. at the reception there was one male on reception who was very polite and helpful. whereas the female counterpart philomena if i am right was her name was not so courteous. at the driving range aryan gaikwad was very polite and attentive and in the housekeeping who escorted us to the room was good i suppose his name was mahesh .food options and taste and quality at the club was excellent with some improvement expected in staff service . not much options in food at iconic .
