Pool and overall ambience.

Delay in food service specially the dinner, maybe a mismanagement of staffleading inattentive approach to clients at dinner.

The ambience is excellent and the property is clean and hygienic..

Breakfast spread can be improved . Food Options were less for breakfast can definitely be improved.

The pool is clean n nice.The oceanus restaurant is aesthetic n food is also good. The property is clean n tidy.

The high tea was not good.

Ambience and hospitality was impeccable. Most personal touch by the staff from reception to departure. Unexpected bag with water and fruits on departure. High tea too was excellent.

Room, hospitality, breakfast, high tea and staff conduct.

Amazing property. Having lot of activities. Good food options. Great spread. The place is massive, you can have good walk within the premises.

I liked everything about this resort. For indoor games they could have some more for kids engagement

The resort has good amenities. We have booked a Premium room which was good in size. It was clean and well decorated. The food was good for the price. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The resort needs to have more facilities and outdoor games for kids and adults. The pool needs to be temperature controlled given Pune has only 3/4 months of summer in a year. Need larger restaurants than what they have.. Restaurants are fully crowded during peek hours. One of the restaurants (Oceanus) is allowed only for members, though we have paid 10000/- for a Premium Room.

Well maintained and cleanliness and friendly staff

There are quite of few amenities at the resort which will keep you entertained through out your stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Gym at the resort was very nice and had many equipment for a good workout

Restaurant option can be better and also since the resort is quite big. The restaurant for breakfast gets full during the morning hours. It can be bigger

Our family had a great time at Corinthians. Everything was perfect. We had our 1 yr old kid with us, he had a great time as well. The baby meal offered was really great, we were really happy with services for the kid. The staff is also very much supportive.

One area of improvement, could be to have evening activities perhaps music session, guitar event during weekdays

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good resort atmosphere in the heart of Pune.

I asked for iron they gave me old one which burned my new skirt .when i told them he said u put in on hot tempreture which is not true .the iron was old and damage any cloth it touch. The sink was closed the bathroom was leak water We told them they said well change the room then they ignore us Bad experience

Extremely premium price. They charged 6k just for a late checkout in spite of paying 50k for the stay

Beautiful and aesthetic location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite and prompt. The food is excellent in both the restaurants.

Not too many activities. The game room gets fairly crowded so nothing much to do

Service is really great. Their pool is excellent but they should resume service at the floating bar setup which I loved, the last time I visited.

Breakfast could have been better in terms of taste. The spread was pretty standard. Food in general at Salsa could also have been better (Food at Pyramisa was good).

Very well maintained property. Every staff were well trained which enables great service. Thats what you look in 5 star resorts. So close to city and yet relaxing.

Children play area was not in good shape. It appears that renovation work is going on.

It’s spacious, clean, good breakfast spread and fantastic service. Mr Farid khan took good care of us.

Greenery and service

I am extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money at this place. While the service and infrastructure were outstanding, the food was a complete letdown. I ordered two types of chicken, Chinese dishes, sweets, dal, rice, and lemon soda. Although the food looked great, the taste was just average. The real issue, however, came afterward—both my fiancé and I experienced severe stomach issues, making it unbearable to sleep. We had to check out at midnight and we are sick since then. I deeply regret dining here.

Nothing special about the place. The room even had cockroaches.

The room had cockroaches. The staff behavior was terrible. I was on a family vacation. We took a room in the hotel so my daughter, who's studying in Pune, can visit us in the hotel. The hotel staff were so suspicious of my daughter staying as an extra person in the room. Made her feel very uncomfortable. They spoiled our family time.
