Towells on bath room NOT good quality and very old stainned.
Rooms were neat and clean.
1. Staff was unsupportive with basic needs. They charged me service tax without requesting me and then argued about not changing the bill. After changing the bill they added service charge in the room rent itself.2. Very limited buffet and repetition as well.Only a single fruit in the breakfast and no other health corner facility.3. Exuberant bar charges. A pint of Budweiser was INR 450 plus taxes!

We stayed on the 5th floor. From morning ing 5.30 am onwards there was a grinding sound from the roof top that disturbs your sleep. After enquiry found that it was some exhaust system that is switched on every morning. Iam not sure how cum guest can even sleep, especially rooms 501 to 505.
The hotel is well maintained, good value for money. Staff is also helpful and courteous.
The rooms are a bit smaller than the images online, but overall it was a decent stay
Food quality is very good, and the staff is very generous and kind and will help you at any hour with always a smile on their face.
The rooms could be renovated a bit more and office chair could be changed. Bed mattress can be better and more comfortable.

the cleanliness of the hotel , I had to change the linen late at night coz they were not fresh . the furniture is old and run down , curtains hanging . the room was not cleaned properly ended up finding things I shouldn’t !!!!!!!
