Hotel O Arusai Inn

Stay was peaceful with smooth check in and clean room.

Only location is good

All things service, linen, rooms was so bad.

Staff is good. Rooms is clean and all amenities are working.

I didn't like anything and I should blame to Booking.com website for it. Misleading reviews, Discount offered/displayed with the impression that the basic price is applicable to Good/decent hotel.It didn't mention it's a YoYo property and I always hate YoYo because of very poor properties, cleanliness and service. In my own words it is "daridri hotel" (you translate for yourself)

Though breakfast was included no one arranged it till the check out time at 8am (Booking.com should return my money).The toilet room was like broken old room.So many things to list out.

Not good to stay

Worst experience i have ever faced in my life with OYO hotel. The staff was not good at all and very disrepectful. No facilities were provided by the staff member( hotel) no jet spray with the toilet. Lots of insect were in the room

Please tidy up your hotels and ensure that the hotel don’t overprice than what you show online.

The staff overpriced the room than what was mentioned online. No basic facilities like towel or soap or drinking water were available. The staff was very non co-operative and arrogant.

cleanliness and basic amenities in bathroom missing - shower, tap not working properly, napkin not there, bucket and mug is there but small stool for sitting missing, hangers for cloth missing

We booked this hotel through booking.com. Booking.com said payment can be done at hotel during the stay. Soon after we received message from OYO (this hotel was attached to OYO) for payment for confirming booking. We paid half of the payment as requested. When we reached, staff at hotel declined booking and informed us that rooms we booked no longer available.We called OYO call centre. They said their ground staff would help us. Soon after they informed that ground staff were not available and unable to contact their ground staff. They offered us another hotel few kilometres away from hotel. I was with young kids and they were already cranky with long trip. To catch a cab and go this new hotel would’ve been easy for us and who knows , it would’ve been a same story there as well. So , we decided to go to a hotel where my friend was staying. This experience was very frustrating and traumatic for us.

Disappointing

The rooms were not very clean, and even for the budget it wasn't so great. The pics are not a true representation of the room. Lot of scope for improvement.

Staff are arogant , misbehaving, once he received your payment then story is another... Faltu hotel in Pune free me bhi koi mat jana .. regular coustomer ko 700 rs night ka lete hai aur hame 1200 ek number bakwas hotel

It's rely convenient to stay as couples , easy for transport , Very fast check in

Centrally located and well maintained property. In Room dining experience is good. Food is very nice

I have come here to meditate. Not tasted the food though I was on fruit diet. Rooms were big with balcony and got a scenic view from the rooms and balcony. Crisp and clear sound of River helped me in meditation.

Food was delicious. Comfortable stay. Good location, on main road and close to mall, good connectivity. Everyone was very accommodating, warm & welcoming.

The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom. Good service.

The breakfast is good and the rooms are of an acceptable level. It was also nice to have a cab just outside the hotel and also the hotel has cab facilities.

the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized.
