Very unsafe

Safety issue and carelessness in lodging complaint against guests who violated our personal space-On the night of 21st September, me, Mansi Kumari, and my friend, Aastha Ratti checked into one of the hotels of FabHotels chain named as "FabHotel Prime Esta Inn" - "Serial no. 29, Kapil Nagar St, near Brotomotiv, Ramwadi, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, Maharashtra 411014" in the Room no. 409. There were drunk guys in our adjacent room ( Room No. -408) which we accidentally saw while coming back to our room at night (as their door was open).After sometime they started knocking on our door (we checked the CC-TV footage next morning). We didn't open. We opened once after calling out..., "Who is there?". Nobody answered. After this incident repeated 3-4 times, they started banging on our door loudly and then tried to open our door ( via door handle). We immediately reached out to the the reception. They came and changed our room at around 1.30 am of that night. And when we asked about CC-tv footage they said they will show it to us the next morning, as the responsible official was asleep. This shouldn't be the case in a hotel where safety becomes a concern due to other guests.The other morning when we asked about the details of the guests who did that last night, they said they can't give it to us, neither did they file a complaint against them.

Just the location is closer to airport.

Bed sheet and pillows were dirty and they did not care to change. No towel, no soap. TV did not work. Lift was not working. Veranda light was not On , so dark in the night. Air condition did not work. The hotel signage was not clear.

I did not like anything to be honest.

The location is shady and risky to walk alone at night in such a big city. The towels were horrible not at all clean.The blanket had lipstick stains. The bed spread had small blood drop stainsThe walls are filled with shoe marksNight around 1pm someone started banging doors of other rooms and started making loud noises of lift doors.I think the property is used by local couples to stay for sometime and leave, I observed that. I do not recommend this to anyone at all.

Very moderate hotel. Bed linen and Pillow covers were not washed. Bath Room Clealiness was not to the markBreakfast time of starting at 08:30am did not match since I had to start for work around 7:30am.

The bed is not good, the towel and bedsheet are not cleaned. The bed makes too much noise. Breakfast quality not good.

The location is near the Airport and Metro. But a little inside on an alleyway. Nothing else is good about the place.

The whole place stinks of stale food and dirt. The Sheets were soiled and had to request a change of room. The property is dusty and pretty unkept. The Air-condition doesn't cool properly. The reception staff charged me extra for early check-in but avoided giving me a receipt for the same. The hotel doesn't have a proper signage too. The Lift doors are too fast and dangerous.Not a good place to be in a FabHotel network.

I had to call staff a few times for anything, that was a bit annoying. Streaming in TV is not good. Screen freezes a lot

I never got a chance to check, they didn't accept non Indian nationals. In spite of letting me book on Booking.com. And texting me multiple times, plus phoning me, to imply it was very busy so I needed to secure my space by paying 500 rupees in advance, which I did.

Having been led to believe I was guaranteed my booking if I paid a deposit of 500 rupees. Then arriving around midnight from the airport, only to be turned away and told they do not accept non Indian guests. And claimed no resposcibility for the payment I had made. I had to search another hotel in the middle of the night, carrying lots of luggage in a dark and unfreindly part of the city.

I reached on 09 Apr 2025 and stayed till 11 Apr 2025, this is the first hotel from which I wanted to escape. There is no provision of tea / coffee in the morning till 8 – 9 AM and in the evening no tea / coffee till 7 PM, also no tea kettle to make your own too. There is no restaurant and the room service is such that on 2nd day I couldn’t get tea after ordering it at 7.10 PM and waiting till 8 PM. No one cleaned the room for these two days that I was in. The 1st day 3 idlis was the breakfast the 2nd day 3 vadas was the breakfast. It is my fault to believe the guest reviews in booking.com giving it 8.1 (when I had booked), the hotel qualifies for a Zero Star 4 or 5 out of 10.

I happened to forget my Earbuds at the Hotel while I stayed there for almost 3 nights.. I even called up the reception for the same and they very casually told me it's not found.. with out even checking the rooms..Never will be coming back to this hotel for sure

Upon arrival, the staff informed me that they do not have permission to accommodate foreigners, my booking was cancelled after my arrival. The name of the hotel did not match the name on the booking site, the sign on the hotel was replaced, I found the hotel with difficulty, the staff is not friendly, in fact, they left me on the street explaining that they do not accommodate foreigners, I do not advise contacting them.

Overpriced for an average room. No dental kit provided which is a basic necessity. Staff also are not prompt and overall a bad service. Dirty linen as well.
