- Cleanliness should be under management focus. Reception staff is too slow whatever you ask them. Breakfast is extremely poor
- No windows and the room was suffocating. Need to improve ventillation.
- All nice , new hotel , maybe they will learn.For example asked for toast butter --- usually expect minimum 2 or 3 slice. Got only one.

Had a Wonderful Stay at Hotel The Monarch at Chakan MIDC. Welcoming staff with peaceful ambience. Amazing interiors, spacious room and hygienic bathroom along with all basic facilities. An affordable and pocket friendly stay.
Breakfast needs to be more tasty. All dishes were salt less and not very apetising. Need more improvement in this
