FabHotel White House Inn

I booked this hotel through booking.com. I had several call from the property for the payment. I share the proof to many address since I was getting frequent mail that payment is not done. But I had the confirmation of payment immediately on making payment. They share me the confirmation and google map for reaching the hotel. I took taxi and reached the hotel at 2 am . When I reached the property, there was no booking on my name. Almost 1 hour I waited. Called several number but no answer. Finally I paid and took another room. This was the worst experience I ever had in my life.

You should not include FAB hotel in your booking list. Third rate hotel.

The experience was very bad. Location, facility, cleanliness and staff courtesy - all was below par.

Hotel declined my booking in advance saying please cancel as we will not have any rooms available on the day I booked for and mentioned they are expecting a large group those days

There was no breakfast despite me paying for it.

Staff were dazed half the time and made multiple room changes in 1 day. The cushion pillows smelled really bad. The best part was the bed which was actually quite comfortable. Apart from that my stay was very average.

AC was working good

Many things I didnt like. While booking I made it clear that I will arrive by 8 am however they didnt allow me. They asked for extra charges for early check-in. Took 500 extra. When I told them I have made it clear while booking, they arrogantly said "we dont know anything, go to the website and tell them". On second day, nobody came for cleaning, towel was not replaced. Commode in the bathroom was having a leakage, all wastewater was flowing on the bathroom floor. Bathroom was sticking with foul smell.

Cleanliness, bathroom mould and not cleaned, stinky

No breakfast. No in-house kitchen facilities. Property good,staff ok but location poor

Location was nearby office. Easy to find.

Bedsheets and pillows were dirty and had stains, had to get those changed which took some time. Wifi was not working.

This Hotel Is Not Trustable At All

We booked the room for 1 night and even confirmed the stay on call. We specified that the time for check in might be around 5 am. But when we reached the hotel, there was no rooms reserved for us. They had given the room away even after we confirmed the stay by calling them. It was very difficult to find another hotel at 4:30 AM, especially after a long flight.

Excellent Amenities for reasonable Rate

Room is neat and clean. For single person the allocated room is good enough for stay. Also the washroom is neat. Food facility is available in the hotel itself

Tank water facility in washroom is not good. Water used to come very slowly, sometimes no water and I used to reachout to Hotel lobby regarding this Water problem.

property is newly built so in that sense it was clean.

the property is located in a very dingy looking old narrow street right off a busy highway. so no quick availability of nice shops, eating places etc. you will need a transport to go somewhere more happening. the rooms are very awkwardly build. for eg. my window was overlooking into a hallway leading to another room. The bathroom floors were tiled but super slippery. The only free standing wardrobe almost fell on me as it wasnt properly fixed to anything and was basically a poorly built cheap piece of furniture. All in all you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was good

Location was really bad in a slum-like area. Rooms are very small and cramped. AC leaking water. Bathroom floor was always wet with poor floor mat. Overall only good for 1 person stay, not for family. Better book something else in known locality

Excellent accommodation, first-rate service, convenient parking, everything was fresh and clean, and the employees couldn't have been nicer.

Amazing location, amazing food, fantastic employees who were kind, and outstanding room quality and service that was nice and clean.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. The Hotel is ideal based on location, love the reception, rooms are clean. However, in room dining is real expensive. Overall experience was good and relaxed.

The hotel is very beautiful, big, clean, very comfortable. Surroundings are very nice, calm and clean. The room i stayed is just amazing. The staff was so polite and helpful and always ready to help. I will come back, for sure. It's worthy the price.

It was at one of the best location. Place is very hygienic. Bed are quite comfortable to sleep. Best for solo travelers. Staff and owner behavior is very kind. I would surely recommend to try once
