Nothing much to be liked about!

The room wooden walls were moist plus the telephone had wrong number for departments! But, most disappointingly the reception staff was extremely rude plus there was no team work as the house keeping staff was never informed by the reception staff about my room cleaning request!

They confirmed that I will be coming in afternoon around 1-2 pm. My card was swipe at 8 pm without information to me. Not acceptable. I told I will come after 7-8 pm. So be patient. Your payment is not going anywhere !! Thanks

Ac cooling should be flexible when you take full payment of room then customer must have choice to regulate ac in room The ac though was allowing to regulate but was auto regulated and was set for 24.5 degree only irrespective of how hot one feels inside the room There were mosquitos in room and in lobby as well Proper care need to be taken to prevent bites ane customer irritationWiFi was a put off Not working inspite of tall claims of staff

AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE

The shower was leaking. The walls were poorly painted. The cups had cracked handle. The menu card was just two xeroxed A4 papers. The lobby can barely accommodate 8 people so if you are 9 then you will have to stand. Overall for the money they charged it was pathetic.

Front desk upgraded my room.

Front desk saying visitor not allowed twice. We travel regularly and we know there is no visitor allowed at night in single occupancy room :-)

Room was good. Very quite.

No lift from basement to ground floor, so from parking to reception we need to walk.which is not good as it's upwards. Biryani ordered was tasteless.

Kitchen preparation not good

The bathroom was big. Location was good.

WiFi was not working inspite of calling them thrice, I could not connect to my meeting through zoom using their wifi. Bathroom knobs and sink had to be serviced. I had called for cappuccino and they forgot the order. I had to remind after half hour. Breakfast was not handled properly. Menu not at all interesting. I wasn't given invoice of my stay.

Poha* was bad. Too hard to chew. I gave feedback to lady there. She promptly went inside and got me new poha* I liked this gesture and new poha* was tasty. Thanks. I will be back !

Mini bar should have some products (on specific price or MRP) Other hotels I have stayed had snacks / choclates in mini bar, this mini bar / fridge was empty.

They charged me extra with no wifi for the duration. Plus the rate was more than the actual booking cost
