Location is good next to mall.

I booked my reservation for premium Suite. Everywhere in the world in bed Suite you can stay two people. But this hotel staff is very rude. Be aware you have to pay for your spouse to stay there I am hotelier from USA worst experience with staff.

The stay was pleasant. I had booked for 3 people and they gave us a suite room, which was a relief in terms of space. I had asked for an extra bed which they did not provide. And the utilities were not provided for 3 people but Twhen we asked for it, they immediately supplied it. The breakfast was not big spread but whatever provided was tasty, so absolutely no complaint on that front.

The utilities like Soap, shampoo etc can be of better quality and also please provide Napkins in the rooms.

Room size. Separate living room. Had microwave. Kettle.

Mosquito"s in room . Bitten quite a few times on first day. After reporting to management. It's was better.Also to walk to the lift you have to go through the bar . Not pleasant when you don't drink alcohol and for young children.

Service breakfast

I was almost thrown out by Mr Sagar at front desk because he wanted to check in a foreigner. Very unfortunately incidence Ruined my stay

Staff was very courteous, especially, at the breakfast counter. Fitness room was great. All the staff always greeted you with a smile.

Stay and service. Breakfast was having varieties.

I have opted for dinner but there was no buffet. If you are booking don’t go for lunch or dinner.

Overall very good service. Excellent choice of breakfast. Room size is very good.Room cleaning could be improved. The room TV screen is very old and can also be improved. Very limited entertainment option.

Room cleaning

By mistake I selected 2 rooms for 2 occupancy. Later in 5 mins I tried to edit, but they refused to correct the issue. I ended being charged for 2 rooms

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is helping.

I like everything but the people at the reception can be more welcoming. A smile could do wonders.

Nothing to complain

The suite is good - clean and somewhat posh. 2 bedrooms and a nice living area. Balcony too although it looks on a blah scenery.For Rs 13K night it's a good deal.

Hot water was not working in the bathroom. There were three TVs but not on a single one could I get any channel working - all were showing 'subscribe to this channel'.The staff knew we were four people (they had taken the money accordingly!!), but only two coffee cups were kept. At the reception at check in I was not only asked for my mobile number (the legal requirement of this request itself is not clear), but they asked EACH ONE OF US to FILL AND SIGN A FORM, and give a DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBER on each! What's with this 'different mobile' request? We are ONE family of four (parents and adult children)! Can't we have one contact number?And after all this after check in the clerk gave us only ONE KEY CARD. Four mobile numbers - 1 key card, 2 coffee cups ! Breakfast variety was good but taste was mediocre. The driveway of the hotel is weird. There's no circle around which cars can turn and go. Cars have to literally do a multi-point in-place U turn, while having all other cars queue up behind them. Never seen such a thing at such a high priced hotel. Overall, ok for a practical stay but don't expect too much.

It is a good hotel to stay when you are in Pune for work. You have plenty of space in the room, there is no noise (something not that usual in the traffic chaos of Indian cities where everyone uses the horn continuesly), everything is clean, and in general the stay is comfortable. I like the location of the hotel in Magarpatta, one of the few areas in the city where you can walk as in European cities. Space for walkers, not much traffic and noise, and clean streets.

The beds are too soft, the mattresses need to be changed for new ones. And the beed sheets should be bigger, it makes it uncomfortable with the current short sheets.

The breakfast was excellent, the location convenient, the staff friendly, and the suites spacious. Atul at the front desk was particularly helpful.

Worst experiance ever. Never book this hotel at any cost. Worst staff specially sagar. They do not give you full amenties in room and if you ask for more they will accuse you of stealing. If you respect for self respect never ever think of booking this hotelI have been travelling since past 15 years but have never faced this issue once in life.
