Hotel Shree Panchratna

Staff was courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and had a nice feel to it as we enter.

The staff member on duty was very friendly, accommodating and provided an excellent service, he worked silently and diligently, it was as if he was invisible but was visible whenever one required his attention. The breakfast was a very decent spread and fresh and wholesome with flavour.

I could not find any faults

Room is comfortable. Well maintained.

Breakfast could have been better. Items were repeated for both the days. No change. Only 1 lift is available and used for guests and service personnel. Can be inconvenient.

The staff is well trained and resposive to the Guest's demand. Even if the demand seems to be not within their scope of duty they will try to help the guest in whatever way they can. Will alwaays patronise your hotel on futre visits to Pune ( which are quite frequent)

Only location

Service , cleanliness, not worth the money ,

It's a nice, clean Hotel to stay in. Staff is very polite. Although it's by the road you can't hear the sound of traffic while in your room. Food too is very tasty.

Good fellows all round, very helpful, clean, friendly.

Staff works to please Desk, restaurant, all the workers. Restaurant is clean, updated & good food.

No one told about hot water switch. First shower ran out of hot water quickly. A call to the desk--they came to teach me.

Breakfast limited and location was good.

Bed. As two single bed attached as one

Value for money. Very close to Pune Railway Station. Rooms were big enough for a family. As usual Hotel staff were friendly.

Wash rooms require refurbishment. Though every items in working, they are tired and needs to replaced with new ones.

The location of the hotel is very central. Its very close to most of the major tourist attractions. UBER is easily available.Complimentary breakfast has more than enough varieties.

There is an ORCHESTRA Band in the area quite close to the hotel.Orchestras can go on quite late into the night.

The complimentary breakfast vegetarian section could have had a few more items viz., puri, dosa, rice sevai etc. The sabudana vada , parota were very salty. There is scope for improving.

The contact number for the reception, room service was getting continuously engaged. That can be improved. When two coffees were ordered, two flasks of coffee sufficient for four were served. With the result, one flask of coffee went waste. The order given should be got clarified.

Location is best. Take exit from platform no 6. Turn to your left. Enter into an arch naming Ramani Ambedkar arch. Walk for 200 Mrs. On your right , you will locate property. A seven minute walk from platform 6
