Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi

Small Room size, toiletries were not upto the mark, small pool size. When I called the hotel about my booking before reaching they said that they have no such booking they have.

Spacious twin room with good location

Basement gym and poorly maintained treadmills . Totally attended

Location is close to the highway and at Hinjewadi not very far from the main city

All good

Breakfast choices were a plenty and made with quality ingredients. Staff is very courteous.

Didn't come across as such anything that I felt was repulsive.Yes may be variety of restaurants could add great value to this wonderful property

Great staff and hospitality. Mr. Shubham was extremely accommodating and caring which really elevated our experience. The staff from security, reception, housekeeping etc. were all very helpful. The food and breakfast at the restaurant was also very good and the team arranged Jain food for the parents.

The pool was not temperature controlled and there was an event on the pool side. There was some damp smell in the rooms.

.room , staff, food is very good.

Instead of soap, handwash dispenser should be placed in bathroom

Unhappy

Lack of cleanliness, management and maintenance of the facilities, food was not up to good quality

We had a very comfortable stay at Hyatt Place Hinjewadi. The rooms were fresh, well looked after, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless throughout our visit. Beds were cozy, bathrooms modern and clean, and the overall upkeep of the hotel gave a welcoming feel. The location is practical and easy to reach, and what really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The breakfast team deserve special mention — when I wasn’t feeling well one morning, they kindly arranged breakfast to be packed and sent to our room, which felt very thoughtful and caring.Security staff were also polite and assisted us with luggage smoothly. Small touches like these made the experience much more personal and memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and service.

Our overall experience at Hyatt Place was excellent. The rooms were well maintained, the location convenient, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive. There was only one small hiccup during our stay: we had ordered in-room drinks and waited for over an hour before calling to follow up. It turned out that one of the items was out of stock, and once we agreed on an alternative, the order was delivered without issue. While it would have been better if the staff had informed us earlier rather than letting us wait, I want to emphasize that all our other in-room dining orders arrived promptly and without any problems. This is shared not as criticism, but as constructive feedback to help refine the already high standard of service. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

The staff was extra courteous, special mention to Gaurav, zero hassle.

We opted for dinner buffet, which somehow wasnt wow, It wasnt bad, but wasnt great surely, the choices of dishes could be more better, i think chef needs to put his signature in it, Its Hyatt we are talking about.

I wanted to extend my stay last minute. The reception team agreed. However, I was not able to get to them in time to make the payment. So the room got booked online in the meantime. Although I had to vacate, they extended my checkout until 4:00 pm, if I'm not wrong, and did not charge me anything extra. Overall, the staff seemed very pleasant and accommodating. The washroom I got was large, clean, and excellent.

Staff behaviour,Food, Room ambience and facilities

Rooms

FO staff.. And DM … Doesnt follow any Professional approach. With out uniform and without Name Tag.

Amazed at the warmth and ever helping attitude at all levels..front desk, cleaning staff, Security guards and the entire Breakfast team.

Disappointing

In-Room dining staff was not courteous at all when complained about the order, In fact made some vague statements.

Peaceful location, atmosphere.

Late services for such small things..no hangout place top terrace area was under maintenance... except rooms nothing exciting.

Swimming pool , breakfast , fast check in and checkout

Location

The manager helped us secure a reservation at Hilton Despite having a confirmation from Booking

We reached late night after a concert. We were told our booking is not available and is cancelled. I did not receive any message from hotel or booking.com on the cancellation of this booking. This was awkward standing there knowing that your room is not available despite booking it well in advance.

during my stay my wife's perfume was stolen from room when we go out for dinner or when we go for breakfast.the staff is pretending to be cooperative up on reporting the incident but my wife lost her perfume. looks like there's hidden entry to the room.

crew is not honest. there are thieves working.

Enjoyed our stay, good facilities and fantastic staff. Very friendly and welcoming

Loved their brkfast buffet. Special the tea stall amazing. Had fresh cooked dosa with fresh tea. They are very flexible, extended our check out on request.
