Oakwood Residence Naylor Road Pune

Professional and very friendly staff, accommodations were excellent, exceptional breakfast and staff, everything we needed was available. Washer/dryer, entertainment, quality bedding, new and modern apt with well stocked kitchen and bathroom.Pet friendly

Large rooms and kitchenette

Some confusion on the airport transfer. We needed a car for 5 people with luggage but the car they send could only carry 3 people with luggage. Needed to take two of us to the hotel via Uber which is a 10 minute walk away from the airport. They should have sent two small cars.

Daily cleaning, daily refreshed water bottles, laundry machines on every floor, nice balcony in the suite, fully stocked kitchen, king sized bed, breakfast with nice variety and excellent service, location with good access to lots of good restaurants and cafes, not to mention Osho Teerth Park. All around excellent.

Nothing bad.

Easy checkin and decent room size for a family. Good breakfast

Not easy access to public transportation.

Rooms are large with all appliances for a family to feel at home.

Breakfast spread was not adequate and the cafe / restaurant is not adequate for the number of guests. The area is also very conjusted to move around

Location, swimming pool

Communication of front office staff. We understand that sometimes request cannot be accommodated but it’s how you communicate with the guest. Over all apathy towards short stay guests, cockroach/ mosquitoes in the room (showed video to front office staff, I think his name is Sagar).

On a quiet street close to Koregaon Park, good location. We were given a complimentary upgrade. The suite was spacious and very nicely outfitted. Very comfortable. The TV was set up with Prime Video and other channels we like and was a breeze to use. The kitchen is clean and has everything needed.I like a place with a pool and this one serves the purpose! Had a refreshing swim.

The breakfast was passable, but could have had a better live cooking station.

Super-friendly staff, amazing buffet breakfast and dinner, nice quiet location, very clean and nice kitchenette. And a lovely little lap pool.

The place is absolutely perfect.

The Location

Checkin was an issue and the staff was not at all helpful even the Duty Manager who could have easily resolved the issue with the booking but chose not to.

The staff, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the big room were great!

The bed was a bit too hard.

The staff is outstanding. Very polite and helpful without being dominant. The service and support the property provides is very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel has a small playground for kids which comes in handy. The breakfast is tasty and contains Indian as well as western options.

good value for money.

food was sub par. property up keep could be better

The hall was extremely good and welcoming. Breakfast was ok. But the food from the kitchen on order was excellent.
