The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. The entire staff, reception and food and cleaning staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

T.V. wt times didn't work.

Bed was very uncomfortable and you will get back pain for a longer stay. Bodywash was over they never provided even after we reminded , We managed with our soap (I always carry as we travel by our own Veichle)

The location was very good. I liked that people from the northeast were employed by the hotel. That bit was refreshing. The staff, overall was very good. From the person at the door to the people at the front desk.

The rooms need renovation. The furniture needs new foam?. The AC was stuck at 21-22 degrees even after setting it at 26! The electrician tried to convince me that I was doing something wrong. So..things need improvement.

Nice location nice helpful staff especially Salman, Sunil and Merry. Breakfast was always on time and very attentive staff

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great. The rooms are fine especially the widow ledge where one can sit enjoy tea and talk . Staff was quite friendly. Pool is also clean. Changing rooms need upgrade. Overall a nice stay.

There was ceiling work (repairs) for leakage just outside our room 823 which was a unpleasant sight.

Friendly staff, cool drink at reception, comfortable room

Ongoing work meant noise at all hours from somewhere- drilling and grinding noises vibrating up through walls. A better selection of fruits and breads at breakfast would make it more enjoyable

Well, there were bugs in the bedside table and the luggage table. Strange to quote, but true

No one can come for luggage...and at the time of checkout no vally driver...self-service

I have stayed multiple time here location is one of the best advantages

Surprisingly room service came to room to check one of the missing food item missed in order to, I was surprised by this behaviour and when I demand to talk to manager no one showed up

Staff has created issues while checking out. They did not check the complete settlement the orevious day and when we are going to airport started saying there is some other pending bills. They let us go to the airport but kept on calling continuously not allowing us time to check the latest invoice sent ir allowing us to collect boarding passes.

We found Live Cockroaches and insects In the room. Also proper cleaning was not done since long time all you see dust and spider web Below the bed and under the TV units.

The Ambience & overall location was amazing.

The housekeeping staff wasn't quick to provide things we asked for. There wasn't a proper brightness of the lights in night.
