Breakfast was decent - free. The service at breakfast and for carrying bags was good. Staff is great and keeps the areas clean. The only issue is they do not print out any documents or email any receipts. They also do not seem to understand how the WiFi works.

WiFi was slow. I ask for cancellation and have not received it. The booking appeared to be free cancelation but the email states it isn't allowed.

Very good staff and excellent food.

They don't have anyone for car wash even when I was ready to pay.

Property is very old, need to renovate. Indoor lighting also very low, it feels negative.

Breakfast is quite ok. Tea is not fresh. Same type of Juice repeated on all 3 days. Surprisingly to know that No special Food offered on 31st year End night . No special offers on New year on reaksastor Lunch/ Dinner. Every night last order were accepted upto 10:30pm only. Though it was year end night No food services given. Need to consider on special occasions atlest. Sshould keep Special Night dinner bonanza.

Very poor WiFi quality so affected Network. Though winter season No hot water after 2pm till early morning. Given reasons of Solar systems. Front end people kept on giving excuses for changing the 2days stays fron 3days. Ask t pay all 3das charges. After debating Maanager operations ready to alter subject to approval from Oonline travel agents ( Booking.com). Send mail to Booking.com and then on sharing their feed back necessary amendment done. Appreciated Manager on duty offered/ accepted 2 days stay. It shocking that Being a TaTa enterprise very poor service given to TATA Employee.

My father faced a problem with shower water and the sound was coming out of the shower area. They got scared that it might fell off.

The staff was very unpolite and didn’t try to solve the problem.

Neat and simple (but old) property. Walkable from PCMC metro station

Price was a bit high for the facilities.

Bad

They provided me with day booking while I had requested for overnight booking. At the reception, Hotel staff didnot even try to explain to situation or provide alternative arrangement. After travelling from other city just left hanging at the last minute in the night.

Location is good

After booking got charged extra due to confusion in booking amount which was adjusted on rate quoted by the hotel. So ultimately Housing.Com played no role in assisting or negotiation with fare caused to customer because of mistake of site & hotel

Accessible

Everything’s is old and needs a replacement even outside of the hotel needs proper road repairs

The room was very small. They provided a single bed instead of a double. TV and tea cattle were out of order. There was no side table in the room. Room was very compact.

Small cockroaches and small flies are inthe room and bathroom. Bathroom exhaust is not working due to which faul smell affected.

Staff were extremely co-operative, kudos to them. No problems with the staff. This is a decent budget hotel.

The ground floor rooms have a bit of a cockroach issue .... i spotted one in my washroom & so did another friend in another room (he got his room changed). In my room on day 1 which was on the ground floor, the bed did not have a headpost, which means if i wanted to sit on the bed with back support i needed to rest my back & head against the bare wall. Also regarding the fans in both this room & the one on the 3rd floor i spent 2 nights in, they did not have a proper regulator, i.e. the fan speed was rather low on 1st position & too fast on 2nd position. Also, the photo's of the dining area & reception area are different than the actual at the site.

Staffs at front office, restaurant were very good. Rithik (front office )and Vitthal (restaurant) to mention along with others. Vitthal is all rounder.

Contractual employees need training.Found long hair strand on towel. Expected room sleepers.

Very confusing front office . Very young people . No managers was not there. Early checkin, room was there but no house keeping hence I need to wait 3 hours. Access card was not working for 2 days. Toilet stinking. Toilet has small insects. Totally ridiculous. Unknowingly booked 4 days..

Breakfast was good enough,, and location was accessible and the dinner was also good,, the reception staff Rithik & Nishigandha were very warm and welcomed us happily,,, Vithal was very good in the restaurant and served smilingly.. always smiling.
