THEY ARE FRAUDS

The day I was checking in, the hotel called me and said their Management sold the hotel etc and asked me to check in their another hotel which we went and it was a place where all illicit activities happening place , unclean and bed sheets with stains , very dirty. The name is PARADISE INN. I was with family and this Paradise INN is not for family. The FAB hotel management is so rubbish that they lied to me about management change. The real fact was they got a full hotel booking for a marriage and they played game with me. Me and my family had to run around for accommodation in the hot sun and lot of mental and physical stress . They had taken advance money and so far not yet refunded, even after promising to give it back.Booking.com should not entertain this FAB hotel and should black list. Now you are requested to compensate me for all the trauma and the loss of money I faced. Awaiting prompt action from your side , so that any legal issue can be avoided.

Good location, and fairly clean rooms.

The hotel did not honor the booking.com booking and wanted me to cancel it and book directly with them instead. Leading to losing over an hour of customer care back and forth while checkin. Overall very expensive for what they have to offer.

Exceptional place to stay, the Room Are fully clean and neat.clean bathroom and well maintained room,No smell no dirt on the walls,absolutely clean and neat.the food is delicious. And mostly staffs was polite and responsive,safe for solo female travellers. Overall great experience.

Staff was cooperative.

No room choice was given. A small single executive room was given instead of the deluxe room declared against the price.

location and price were good.easy access to public transport and food.check in was quick, rooms were clean. they appear to be done recently.

I had requested for check in at 9.30am and check out at 8.00am next day.the property checkin time is 11.00am, but the room was available.i had no option but to pay half a days excess rent for this early check in by just 90 minutes, which was disappointing.it is there small accomodating things done for guests, which are reasonable enough to offer them free early checkin by an hour or 2, if a room is available that earn hotel good names and value from guests point of view.

Breakfast was good but can be of more variety. Atleast include eggs (boiled eggs, omlette, half fry etc) , Toasted bread. Priperty surrouding walk around on main road is not so great since it is main road and there is garbage dumpyard on opposite side.

U confirmed the room by booking .com but they refused as they are overbooked
