Unprofessional, cramped rooms, unclean, unprofessional, misleading information in booking.com listing e.g they have no pool or spa in the property.

Real fast was limited but was sumptuous. Rooms could be more better kept as furniture is old and control of AC is required. All in all quite good stay.

As said before rooms could be more better kept with the new style furniture to replace the old one.

The hotel's location is good and the staff is nice. But the room feels very suffocating because of wooden windows. The plumbing is bad. The breakfast can be better. Atleast they can change the fresh item regularly. The staff is very helpful and do their best.

The staff were the big positive in this hotel. Specially the front office manager mr jubair. He was courteous, helpful and professionally sound. The food quality also was reasonably good.

The whole infrastructure is in very bad condition . Most of the electrical fittings and water faucets are not functioning. A very sad state of affairs. The owners need to look into this and get things changed /renovated

Old place.A/C was not working properly. Had to ask for a fan. No bath mat. The light inside the cupboard is not working. No stirrer for the tea/coffee.Put ice pack in the freezer, nothing happened. No fridge in the room.

The money they are given according room was so small and bed was to much small bed sheet was not clean food taste was not good over all very bad experience

Room was good with all facilities .

Room was good with all facilities but there was 10% discount Given on Food and Beverages from Bookings.com , that on duty receptionist was knowing & they didn't apply(suggested me next orders will be applicable with 10%)and receptionist on next day was saying we didn't have receive any offers of 10% discount on your food & beverages)so they didn't apply on last bill also by saying he is not knowing how to add discount on bill.

Only shower was good

The room was looking like a temporary office. Ac was ok. Electrical sockets were not good

The room size was extremely small, centralized ac no remote to control and rooms were not well lighted and painted.

Have more English speaking staff

Everything was good apart from no assistant for lagggue to the car... no meet and assist

The service that they have given when in did check in

They did not provide meal to us as a late check in, even we were just late by 10 min of there kitchen time! Instead of making availability they were Doing argue!

Disappointing

Rooms were unclean, locks were not proper, towels were unclean and torn, no napkins provided, AC temperature control was not working

nothing,want they show in pictures is not at all same what you get.very bad experience rooms are smelling as if never has been used.

They took undue advantage of the situation by charging excess,thought the hotel was not fully packed ,we even got mail from the customer service to cancel the stay as the rooms were not for what we paid for but they were arguing with us..and the rooms were pathetic smelling,old construction, insects were there, they don’t even change the towel on daily basis even we opted for suite ..

Location of the hotel

Room lock broken. Double bed small size. Attendees very slow. Issues not resolved during our stay. Very disappointing ? no value for money. Price very high.

It was my favourite hotel prior & during all my past visits to Pune, I stayed here. But this time it was extremely horrible experience. It fealt like that the Hotel Management is no more interested to run it further.

Foul smell all around the corridor, untidy & smelly washrooms, no maintainence of rooms, hard bedding, improper AC, careless Staff, highest price
